I just had my daughters 6th Birthday there , very nice atmosphere the space was very big , the indoor playground was amazing , the kids love it , very clean and very organized, They did a great job setting the unicorn theme , I recommend it to everyone ,  thank you loved it a lot ,

We had a great experience with my daughter's first birthday. I had Vic do my desserts, and when I came in it was already set up plus he added more desserts that what we have talked about without charging me extra. And let me just say the cake was DELICOUS! Soft and moist and not too sweet. He also helped me getting stuff out of my car and putting up the backdrop. I came 45 mins earlier and left late as well but he is very considerate not to charge me extra.As far the the playarea, it's flawless!! Very clean and the coordinators were looking after the kids. The kids didnt even want to get out of the play area! My guests were asking us about the area and how we found out about it. ay I just suggest that Vic must get a bigger place because he is doing a good business! We had my nephew's first birthday party here. Vic (owner) was very accommodating and easy to coordinate with. Gave him a pic of the cake we wanted and then he based the colors of the other desserts off of that. He had a couple of people overseeing the play area and another for the valet. The place was clean and welcoming. We brought all the decors ourselves, of course, but Vic was extremely helpful setting the decorations up and offering items we can use like a raised table top and cupcake trays. Had my twins party here recently and it was an amazing experience !! Vic (owner) was super helpful and understood my busy schedule so he really went out of his way to take as much off my plate as possible. I chose the VIP package and was very satisfied. Loved that he was open to feedback as well. My guests ages ranged from 1 year olds to grandparents and every single person had a blast. Staff was super attentive and kept area neat and clean. We just had our son's 1st bday there and it was the greatest! Everyone had a total blast. The kids didnt get tired and bored at all. The environment was clean, cozy and comfy. Both adults and kids had tons of fun.You feel that you get your money's worth. Goodie bags were good designed . I didn't want the party to end! I will recommend this place to all my friends! We had our daughter's 5th birthday party here and this place is awesome! What really stood out for us is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Vic (Vahe) was very helpful and accomadating without charging us extra $$! He also gave us recommendations on catering, cake, supplies, etc which made our party planning easier! And he always made time for us when we called him to ask questions or when we needed to stop by his location on short notice! During the party, we came earlier than scheduled but he welcomed us with warmth and again, didnt charge us extra $$! He also worked with us as far as what we wanted for the party including our budget! All the staff were very professional (partycoordinators, parking attendant) No complaints! We were very pleased and our guests had a great time! As far as the place itself, yes, this is super clean and organized! This is the cleanest indoor playground! Restroom is clean! Kids, including Older ones (6-12) had fun! There are plenty of games/ activity to choose from! Kids enjoyed the slides and the "tree" and the video games! After looking at several playgrounds in the area , I was very pleased with PlaylandRus . Firs thing I noticed was how clean it is . The owner was super nice and friendly , and helped us with setting up and also clean up. The playground is perfect for all ages . The helpers are friendly and nice . This place is awesome! Forgive me for doing this too late. Had my son's first birthday way back in August... it was the best! Couldnt imagine to do it somewhere else. We arrived 10 mins late but the place was ready as ever.. we had guests already settled inside and we were in hurry to set up. It was sooo nice when they really helped you out setting up and everything. The best thing is theyre super clean!!!! Im so thankful that i found this place. Love it! Having two small children, we have been to several indoor playground places. From the booking process through the actual day of my son's 4th birthday, Vahe and his team couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. The 20+ kids that we had invited had an absolute blast going down the tree slide, jumping in the ball pit, and playing with the various toys in the play area. The side area for the adults is very spacious and we were able to fit 30 adults comfortably. The two party coordinators that we had spent the entire time supervising the children and the kids really gravitated towards them and their genuine love for working with children. My sister did my niece's bday here and she was able to have her vendors set up such a gorgeous Unicorn themed cake and dessert table. Plenty of room to work with . I took my 2 year old and the first thing I always pay attention to at indoor playgrounds is cleanliness and this place is CLEAN. Major plus for me. I liked that they had staff on the floor to assist kids as they played and climbed on to the jumper. My daughter was too small to do the slide by herself so they were helping her. I liked that when it was pizza time, they assisted all the kids to the table so everyone ate together. And that they put on kitchen gloves before serving the food. I recently had my event at PlaylandRus. I'm extremely satisfied with services I received. Everything went better than what I had expected.I will never go to another place for my kids events. I've been looking for a family oriented playground for my three girls and I called two other places for quotes. Both establishments were overwhelmingly business oriented and just discussed prices only. I didn't feel comfortable choosing between either of them so I luckily asked a coworker next morning and she mentioned PlaylandRus and the great experience she had with her family me kids. After I called, I spoke to Vahe and he was extremely nice and was very caring of my needs. He asked about my kids and their age which make me feel very comfortable. We then discussed prices and it was much cheaper than the other two locations. I had the best experience with my kids and family. Very professional and caring environment. We were looking for a place to have my daughter's 1st birthday and weren't sure what to do because with the crazy weather this year we didn't know what the weather would be like in March.  We looked at a lot of different places and considered everything from the park to Shakey's.  When we looked at PlaylandRus online we weren't sure about it, but when we went in person the owner/managers were great.  They were very helpful and offered lots of suggestions.  We liked that they worked with us to get a package that met our needs-more adults than children.  The party was great and everyone loved it-we had to buy extra time because none of the kids wanted to leave!  I think the best thing about the place was that we could take whatever food we wanted to-we didn't just have to buy pizza through them or avoid specific items.  Also, the place was very clean.  I come from a large family with lots of siblings and lots of little nieces and nephews, so we have been to a few places like this-all of them really liked the place as well and thought it was the perfect size for our party and liked that we could do a morning party-done by noon.  We all thought that this would be a great place for future events as well-very reasonably priced! I had my daughters 3rd Birthday at PlaylandsRUs. The owner was absolutely amazing. He greeted all my guests and made sure they were comfortable at all times. I did not have to worry about anything. My catering had to be picked up and Vahe the owner went out of his way and went and got the food for my party. All my guests were very happy with the place especially that it was very very clean. What a nice indoor playground. Super nice stuff, very attentive, clean and organized and very professional. I spent about three hours there working on my laptop while my kids played. They loved the nice bouncy structure (I came to find out it was custom made, which explains why I have never seen one like it before) and the giant three with the slide coming out of it. Very cute. We recently had my brothers 5th bday here and let me tell you.... this place is amazing! So clean and the staff is accommodating. They helped A LOT. I have to say PlaylandRus gave me and my guests the best experience for my daughters 3rd birthday, starting with their amazing employees to their service for the kids and catering to our guests and also their valet service was amazing. We celebrated my son's 5th Birthday at Playland R Us last week & it was absolute perfection!! The owner was so attentive & accommodating from the beginning to end! The facility is spacious and spotless!!! Even throughout the party they made sure the restroom was clean and stocked. The kids play area is incredible (and most importantly CLEAN)... They have toys and activities for kids of all ages. We had kids ranging from 9yrs old to 9months and everyone was having fun, playing and laughing. We will definitely be coming back for daytime play dates and to celebrate my little princess' birthday in March. I don't know where to begin; I had my daughter's teething party at PlaylandRUs and yesterday and I honestly never imagined of having such a GREAT experience. The staff here is amazing! Vahe and William (owners) went above and beyond to make sure me and my guests felt comfortable and had a great time. William was outside moving and parking my guests' cars!! Talk about service!! The girls were amazing, they helped with entertaining the kids, even helped cut and pass out my cake so I can enjoy my time with the guests. The venue was spotless! I don't know where to begin! I cannot put into words what an amazing experience we had here! I had my sons first birthday * teething party and it couldn't have gone better! Service was absolutely Amazing! I'm pregnant and couldn't do too much heavy work myself and William and Vahe (owners) helped me to set up the whole event. They moved boxes, Helped me decorate, and get everything ready. I don't know what I would have done without them!!! I forgot to get candles for the cake and server ware for the food, and they were able to provide that for me. I felt like I was having my party at a good friends house. The kids loved the play space they had an amazing time. We did face painting and all the kids were so happy with that. Overall I couldn't have been happier everything went just as planned and it was so nice to have William and Vahe there to help make sure things will go smooth. I would definitely plan more events here and I will be recommending this place for any friend looking. If you are on the fence don't even think twice, I can personally guarantee this is the best place to host your little ones event!! More...
