All three of my children (ages 10, 11 and 13) attended day camp at Playformance this summer.  All three had a fantastic experience. ..and as any parent can tell you that getting ALL of your children to agree about anything is close to impossible.  The staff were all welcoming and engaging.  The facility was clean and bright and well air conditioned...a must for an AZ summer day.  My kids can't wait to head back for more adventures!  Highly recommend! Fun first time experience during the family play hour on the weekend. The earlier 9:30-10:30 was a little slow and quiet but the second hour was busy with plenty of kids and parents. There are "coaches" on the look out in all the rooms, free coffee, and a wonderful bright and colorful atmosphere for the kids to roam free in. Love the no shoes, no phone policy in the play area. I also saw hand sanitizer stations which is a plus with all the kiddos. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking, I would definitely bring my kid again. This place is awesome! My child had a hard time coming into a new place with lots of new kids. But Coach Haiden came over and made my child feel very comfortable and relaxed. She introduced herself, explained what a class is like, and took my child and I on a personal tour and allowed her to ease into the instructional time. The facility is fabulous, too! After a bit of 1:1 introduction, my child was happily joining in with the rest of the class and left saying how much fun she had. My three elementary school kids (ages 8-10 years old) are very different, but all three agree that this place is tons of fun. They went to a couple days of winter camp and the camp held on Martin Luther King Day.The camps are a bit expensive, so we can't do them frequently, but when the kids do attend, they get a lot out of them.We had my 8 year old's birthday party at Playformance in March. It was a blast. The coaches who run it are fantastic. Really great with kids.If you are looking for something for your kids to do over summer, buy a camp card. They'll have fun.My kids haven't done the parkour classes at Playformance yet, but the facility is clearly well-designed for it. More...

We usually take our children (ages 1-6) to open gym at a gymnastics place down the road. They have a lot of fun there but my husband and I end up standing a lot and walking in circles chasing them around. Playformance was nice because we could actually play with them, which was highly encouraged by the staff. Our children are excited to go back and so are we! More...

Today we took our 21 month old to Playformance. He had a blast! The staff was awesome and even made sure to learn our son's name during the visit, which speaks volumes to me. Definitely will return.

My kids love coming to Playformance for parkour classes and open play on Saturdays, so it was a natural choice to have my 8 year olds birthday party here. Best party ever!! We had 20 kids with ages ranging from 2 to 11, and the coaches made sure that no one was bored. Parents were able to relax and sit back while kids were supervised by multiple coaches. There was organized play time and free play time. It was a blast!! We got help carrying supplies in from the car, setting up decorations and tables, even serving pizza and cake. If I forgot something, like an extra table cover, it magically appeared from the back room. You will never receive this level of customer care at other birthday venues. I'm not really sure why you don't hear about this place that much... I overheard someone talking about so I looked it up lol. .. It's a place to let your kids run around and burn off energy, they switch things up every time so it's still exciting. Does a good job catering to babies and older kids. My biggest complaint is the parents. They are so consumed with themselves they aren't paying attention to their bratty child destroying layouts and abusing other children. My kids have been knocked down, straight up hit... luckily it hasn't phased them much but no clue who the kids belongs to...But that is not the staffs fault, when they see it they do try to keep kids in line. Jude has played many sports and never found one he truly enjoyed, until PARKOUR!!! There isn't a day that he isn't super duper excited to go to Playformance and sweat it out! !!! My kids can't get enough of this place!  We first came for a bday party and the kids kept asking to come back. We have been to both family play and open play. My kids are rock climbers and they love watching American Ninja Warrior. They come here and get an incredible workout all while having fun and feeling like mini ninja warriors.  They have so many different obstacles to do that the kids never get bored and they whine when it's time to leave. What a gem!! We just got home from our 5 yr old son's birthday party, which we had at Playformance. Every child, and parent, had a wonderful time. You get the whole place for your party and 3 coaches to run activities with the kids. The coaches were energetic, creative, and just fun to be around! They had set up a ninja obstacle course and a star wars themed obstacle course. All the kids loved it and even the parents, including myself, got in on the fun. Another plus is that the coaches took care of everything with little help from me. This was great because I could join my kid in all the fun. They know what they are doing here! We had pizza delivered and they passed them out to the kids, same with the cake. It was also nice that they had put the party favors out for the kids because I completely forgot about them by the end of the party. All I did was pay for sign for the pizza. They even helped carry everything to and from the car. And no clean up for me! They took care of everything. It was pricier than his party last year but this was worth every penny. Especially because I actually got to play with my kid and enjoy watching him have fun with his friends. Also, we are allowed to have adult beverages here, which makes it fun for the parents too. By the end of the party, the kids were happy and well tired out.  Thanks Playformance...we'll be back!!! More...
