Tracy & George were by far the absolute best two people to work with. Tracy was always prompt with answering any questions I had and would give her expert opinion when needed most. She made me comfortable since day one and was a pleasure to speak to. She was compassionate, friendly and accommodated everything I requested to ensure I had the most perfect wedding day. She made my wedding seamless by communicating with my vendors to ensure everything was perfect and on schedule. George was so knowledgeable about the food aspect. The food at my wedding was beyond delicious and my guests are still raving about it to this day! The staff the day of the wedding were extremely nice to all my guests and ensured I, the bride, was being taken care of. Platinum Party Planners did an absolutely exceptional job catering our wedding (10/1/2022) and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did! From our first interaction with Tracy and George during the tasting, to the night of the wedding, their professionalism was obvious at every turn. Tracy was easily accessible at all times, whether we were talking over email, phone or text, she was unbelievably kind, and extremely proactive. Tracy came to our venue and met with us and the manager, to not only observe the space and the kitchen, but she provided her expertise on set up, arranging tables, and she came up with creative solutions to potential problems. Tracy reached out to all of our vendors to confirm arrivals and deliveries to ensure every aspect of our day was taken care of. Not only that, the food was exceptional. It was hot, flavorful, and a huge hit with all of the guests! We did buffet stations which included an Italian station, gyro station, and taco station rather than a formal meal, and guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food! The 5 servers also were great at bussing tables and keeping everything neat and clean. Additionally, Tracy went out of her way to ensure my husband and I were able to eat! She had a plate of hors d'oeuvres made up for us, as well dinner, and she even brought us our bride and groom cupcakes! Lastly, the manager at our venue as well as his staff even expressed how impressed they were by the professionalism displayed by Platinum Party Planners, and had nothing but good things to say. The team at Platinum Party Planners left the kitchen at our venue absolutely spotless! Overall, I could not more highly recommend Platinum Party Planners for wedding catering! Tracy and George did a fabulous job planning my daughter’s backyard wedding for ~120 guests. From my initial conversation with Tracy, I knew her and her team were going to coordinate and manage a beautiful wedding for all of us. Her attention to detail, communication, and coordination with all the vendors, left me at ease knowing I could be a guest at the wedding in my own backyard. And, I can’t say enough about George and his cuisine - from the presentation to the tasteful flavors of his amazing menu - he is just a fabulous chef. Everyone was raving how delicious the food was! The staff was great as well, from the servers to the bartenders – they were all courteous and friendly, ensuring we had a great time. Platinum Party Planning was challenged with 2, 100-person (Bat Mitzvah and 50th Birthday) events at my home within a month of eachother this past Spring ! Tracy's vision developing 2 memorable parties with themes and details to distinguish them was truly remarkable! In addition, I really appreciated her efficient communication in the months -and even days- prior. Tracy and her team at platinum did a “beyond excellent” job of planning and running my 50th birthday. Nothing was left to chance. Everything exceeded expectations and the entire planning experience was stress free. My occasion had a lot of, let’s say, “high wattage” guests and they all commented on the party and the manner in which it was run and choreographed. The party flowed seamlessly and the staff that was hired for the occasion was beyond polite and accommodating ….. from the valets to the food servers! From the very first at home food tasting to our actual wedding day, all the forals to the day of coordinating and catering, Tracy, George, & their team made our wedding vision come to fruition. They delivered absolute perfection. We felt like royalty at our wedding. Our guests were blown away at the quantity and quality of all the food and desserts. As many brides to be in the last year, my daughter's wedding was supposed to be in a venue. Due to Covid we decided to have her wedding at our home and turn our yard into an amazing venue. The best thing that we did when planning the wedding was hiring Platinum Party Planners. I cannot say enough about this company. From the start, Tracy was beyond helpful in executing the bride and groom's vision. She took all of the pressure off of us and really took over and worked very well with all of our vendors to make sure that everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. From the very first day we started to work with her she was very easy to communicate with, really listened to what we wanted and immediately answered texts and emails. She came to our home several times to meet with vendors or just to answer any questions we may have had. She took great care in making sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted on my daughters special day, but also was very conscientious of making sure that we were not overpaying on certain things from any of the vendors that we were using. Her creativity and professionalism really helped to execute the most perfect day for the bride and groom. George who is the head chef/co-owner of Platinum is an extremely talented chef. His food was unbelievable and had all of our guests talking about it for days. His menu was creative, diverse and there were many choices so that you really could create a menu that catered to exactly what you wanted. Every single thing that was served that night was not only absolutely delicious, but was served and presented in such a beautiful manner. I could not say enough about the food from the appetizers, to the dinner menu to the desserts it was all to die for. On to their staff...the bartenders, the servers, the chef's assistants... Every single one of them was beyond polite, professional, patient, kind, helpful and attentive. Every single one of them had a smile on their face for the entire evening and you could almost feel how much they loved their job and the people that they worked for. They all went above and beyond for anything that we needed or wanted. All of these things, really made my daughter and new son in law's wedding the most perfect night that I could have imagined. Having a wedding at home is definitely not easy, but Tracy, George and her staff really made it a wonderful easy and most of all memorable experience for us. We hired Platinum Party Planners for both our wedding and baby shower and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Without Tracy, George, and their team things would not have been able to run as smoothly. They really executed our vision and made everything come to life. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but Tracy made us feel at ease in every step of the way. She listened to exactly what we wanted and was very organized, thoughtful, and efficient throughout the entire process. The 5 star ratings are NO JOKE!!! I was impressed with Tracy and George since our first conversation. They both came to my house (from Nassau to Suffolk) to prep/cook a sample of what would be served (AMAZING! ) Tracy was EXTREMELY responsive throughout the process, and that's honestly an understatement. She would answer calls and texts no matter what day of the week. We had a backyard wedding and Tracy was there whenever we had to plan the layout of the reception and whenever the tent company was coming over (she also recommended the tent company which was so helpful!) I was indecisive at first as to what type of menu I wanted, and each time I wanted to change something, Tracy had an updated menu/quote for me within days. Tracy and George had a professional staff, and decorated the serving tables beautifully! To be honest, food was not a top priority of mine when I first got engaged. After my wedding, my guests RAVED about the food!!! We had stations: tacos, sliders, and carving station. My guests really enjoyed the fact that they could choose the type of food that they wanted, how much food they got (lol) and went back for more! I even changed the slider station to include a veggie burger and they were happy to accommodate! Tracy and George are professional, understanding, and, without a doubt, experienced.
