I have never had a maid service in my life, but I hurt my back and couldn't get to the floors and hard to reach places. Out of desperation I called Platinum Maid. They were super responsive and offered a great price.  I couldn't meet them at my place due to a work conflict, so I left the payment on the counter.  I got home later that evening and was amazed and stunned at what a nice job they did.  My place has never looked so nice. My downstairs neighbor came up to see and wanted their number.  I am so happy that none of the other services got back to me. Platinum Maid responded right away and made it so easy to hire them! I love this maid service! After trying another service that charged extra for windows (our house is mostly windows) I found this place. The price is on par with most, they use natural cleaning products (when I come home the house lacks a smell rather than smelling like cleaning products), and they do a great job! I'm always impressed with how our old kitchen sink shines and our scuffed up floor is spotless. The best part about their service is how easy it is to contact them. The owner always responds immediately to texts, and will answer any questions. I highly recommend using their service! More...

First let me say that the customer service with this company was superb. I ended up mixing up the dates on my move out clean because well, I was stressed out of my mind with the move, but they were willing to work with me to arrange a different day! ! Then when they came to do the HUGE cleaning job, we found out that my landlord had turned off the water a day early and now they were going to have to use bottled water to clean several bathrooms! Through all the chaos, there was no complaining, only service with a smile. And when they were finished, the place looked AMAZING. They were prompt, communicated with me effectively before and after, and were flexible and accommodating even when I messed up.
