Jennifer made our thanksgiving presentation phenomenal . She was professional and truly is deserving of ten stars . She was responsive to our questions , patient with our schedule and punctual . I can’t rave enough about the amount of happiness the customers and their families expressed. The services provided were not just “horse and carriage “ but an experience from amazing staff that will be remembered . Her daughter was the sweetest most beautiful person and so much so we asked her to attend our event. My review should just say “Stop scrolling and hire the best “ . Awesome tour. We parked in the Whitaker Street Parking Garage which is approx. 1 block NE of Ellis Square. In the second image you can see a tour bus adjacent to the carriage. We definitely preferred the carriage. There was only one other couple on the tour with us. You'll hit all the main sites just short of Forsyth Park. If you want a more personalized tour where its easy to ask your tour guide questions, I'd recommend this tour. More...

Great informative tour of Savannah.  Shawn was very good but could have used a wireless mic.  It was hard to hear when he was facing the front and with the traffic.  Also, we could have used a larger carriage.  We had five passengers and 3 had to sit in one seat.  Not enough room and I didn't like that we were sitting backwards.  It was hard to see a lot of things until we were past them. We eloped on July 4th 2018 and Plantation Carriage Company transported us to our ceremony and took us on a tour of Wormsloe Plantation. Jennifer Thompson was great from the very first conversation. She was informative and thoughtful. There was a 95% chance of storms on our special day and Jennifer was great to help keep me calm and advise of our options. I loved every second of this tour! Our guide was Jennifer and her horse Emmy(M&M):) the ride was very comfortable with a blanket in the carriage to keep us warm. Jennifer was very knowledgeable of Savannah and was very interesting to talk to. We learned about her horses and even got to pet Emmy after the ride! I would definitely recommend this carriage company because not only was it a great experience, but Jenn made sure we knew exactly where to be picked up and was great with communicating with us throughout the day about the weather the night we were scheduled for the tour.
