Stephanie was my day-of coordinator and went above and beyond what I could have imagined! I have so many things I could say - but the most important are the following:
1) She gave us SEVERAL ideas that made our wedding ours - from honoring deceased relatives to having our dog follow us out of the ceremony, we couldn't have thought of these ideas ourselves. As a day-of coordinator, I expected her to help just the day of, but she actually helped us throughout some of the planning process as well.
2) On the day of the wedding, it was supposed to rain, and it did. Stephanie had set up our ceremony outside as planned, and immediately moved everything inside as the ceremony time approached and the rain came down harder. Then, FIFTEEN minutes before the ceremony, she asked me if I wanted to move it back outside since the rain had stopped. I said yes, and without batting an eye, she and her crew had everything looking gorgeous out back again. I don't think just anyone would do this - this takes a lot of organization and patience.
3) She pinned a boutonniere on my corgi. Enough said.
Thanks Stephanie! Brides & grooms - USE HER! She is fabulous.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie on a wedding where I was the photographer and she was the day of coordinator AND a bridesmaid! Stephanie was incredibly helpful in letting me know the schedule, and answering all of my questions as the night went on! Stephanie was my daughter's & son-in-law's "day of coordinator" and tho I can't speak about working with her directly, I do know this: absolutely everything went without a hitch on a day when there could have been plenty of "hitches"! There was Mother Nature to contend with, a dog in the ceremony and tons of things that could have thrown even a veteran coordinator off their game. Stephanie was our month-of/day-of coordinator and I can't thank her enough for all that she did to ensure our wedding day (7/21/17) went smoothly! She set up our ceremony site and reception sit beautifully, and she was friendly and professional. Deciding to hire a coordinator (about 2 months before my wedding) was one of the best decisions I made!
