I was recommended to Planet Green House Cleaning through a friend since I was looking for echo friendly cleaning service a little over a year ago. I have not regretted it since! They come in and do a deep cleaning once a month. Dora and her crew have done a great job every time they clean my place. The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen too. They always arrange things nicely even though ocassionally I have to go looking for something I left on the counter. But I always look forward to cleaning day!It took a bit of time to get the schedule down. As everyone does, the first couple of cleanings was to make sure the service was going to work. Then we had a few missed communications on days for monthly service after deciding to stay. Planet Green offered alternative times and days to make up for the missed cleaning. Once those growing pains were worked out, Planet Green has been consistent ever since.Overall I have recommended Planet Green to my friends and will continue to recommend them. More...

Dora and I initially met through work. She was providing cleaning services for some of my residents at a luxury high rise community in San Jose. I kept hearing positive reviews about the work that they were doing, so we added them to our list of suggested vendors for any new residents that moved in. Residents were very pleased with their pricing and services. I decided to try Planet Green for my own house about a year ago. Having never had a cleaning service before, I have to say I was in HEAVEN! They took so much care in the little details and my house smelled and looked amazing! My husband, being OCD about cleaning, gave them 5-stars and we have been using them ever since. I have been asked multiple times now who I have cleaning my home and several family members are now using Planet Green as well. The only downside to them being so great is that they are very busy!!! You will need to discuss scheduling and sometimes it is hard to get the day & time you want. With that said, if you can be somewhat flexible, they are amazing and definitely worth it. i decided to try them for my move in cleaning. I am SO glad i did. Dora and her crew are FANTASTIC.Our new house looks FAB. Â All these negative reviews are from a groupon... and im glad I noticed that and tried them anyways. They did SO well I had them clean out the condo I was moving from. The place was cleaner than when we moved in 5 years ago. Not to mention the prices are so reasonable, you wont find a place that uses green products AND has awesome pricing, and does a amazing job anywhere else. This is a first-class cleaning service that knows what they are doing. I've used them for nearly a year now, and have been happy with their work every time. And you can't beat the price; very reasonable! I have nicknamed them the whirling dervish cleaning service, because you need to stand back when they arrive, they are so filled with gusto to do a good job. They did a great job on my house. It seems like all the bad reviews have to do with a Groupon deal that went wrong. Twice they have come to clean my house and done a really thorough job. The first time they came with less than 24 hours notice. I like the women who come they are friendly and polite, and very kind to my children. Let's see.... first I'm a really hard person to reach on my phone. Â After leaving a message with Dora, she called back within 15 minutes. Â Good start...We discussed her services and agreed to have here start ASAP. Â Dora confirmed that she could fit me in the next day.... Â Okay, nice response but I still haven't seen the work. Â Let me say that I'm very neat- hate dirt and clutter. Â Since it was their first time in my apartment, I thought I might be a bit of a hard-ass and complain about a few things- just to establish some high standards.Got home tonight---- WOW!!! Â I won't get that chance. Â Dora and her team turned a clean apartment into a spotless apartment. I purchased a three-time cleaning service Groupon coupon. I guess I was luck to reach out for Dora at an early stage and made my appointment with her earlier than other groupon clients (they sold over 700 groupons! ). Dora and her other two girls came at 7:30am at Sat, yes, they work at Saturdays. She and other two girls worked very hard in my house. I was surprised to see that they even cleaned the inside of my microwave. We used to have a cleaning team came over once every two weeks, but I had to ask them to clean our microwave.  My house hasn't been cleaned by professionals for almost one month. Now, it's all clean. We are very happy about their cleaning service! And of course, I made the rest two cleaning appts  with Dora while she was here. She was very friendly and explained the whole situation about Groupon. I understand her because I also heard same thing from other small business owners who sold their services on Groupon. After a little bit of wrangling, I scheduled and received all three of my Groupon cleanings. And, overall, I have had a very good experience! The first cleaning was excellent. The ladies were very nice and Dora, the owner, has been a pleasure to work with. I feel bad for her because I know they oversold her Groupons and she's been struggling to keep up. But I will continue to work with her company and, once she mops up the Groupon mess, I would recommend her to others. More...

I just had my house cleaned by Planet Green from a Groupon that I purchased. Â They did a great job! Â I did have a hard time reaching them at first - called and VM was full, but got through after a few attempts (I expected this to happen due to the Groupon overload). They texed me a few dates and I chose one and they showed up on time and cleaned my house. They have been really good about answering my texts also. Â Cleaning was great. Â The house was not ready to be cleaned (I didn't clean before they came - you know you all do it), so I had dishes in the sink and laundry on my bed. Â They hand washed the dishes in the sink and folded the clothes on my bed and stacked all of my random papers neatly. These people really know how to clean! Â I called this company a couple of days ago to schedule a cleaning and was told that they were booked until the end of July. Â I think that what other reviewers said is probably true and the company was overwhelmed due to so many people buying the groupon deal. Â Anyhow, I received a call today that they had a cancellation so I took the slot which was a two-hour slot and Dora sent me two fantastic women (I won't tell you their names because they were SO good I want them to be available when I call ; ). Â I have used several cleaning people and these two were by far the best EVER! Â I also liked that they were quick and efficient. Â In the past there have been people I have liked from other companies or places but they usually take a long time to do the job well and that drives me crazy because I feel I need my house back. Â Other times, I feel that people just don't clean well enough. Â I am so happy with my house right now. Â I love the way it smells and the products that they use and the crew Dora sent was so pleasant and nice, I will definitely be calling again and highly recommend Planet Green HouseCleaning. I've used Planet Green for about 1 year now. Both at my 100 year old craftsman home that my husband and I restored, and the apartment we lived in during construction. I was interested in a green house cleaning company and I've never been disappointed. My home is an investment and I trust PG to protect my home. I've had bad experiences with others using harsh chemicals that damaged finishes and I never worry about that with PG. They are reliable and show up when promised. I completely trust them in my home which is very important since I've had my home broken into in the past. I'm very careful who I let in my home.In fact, I'm having them house sit while I travel. I am in love with Planet Green housecleaning! They have been cleaning my small 2 bedroom condo for the last 5 months and I have never been happier! First of all they use all natural enzyme based cleaning products which means your house is sparkling clean without any nasty chemical odors which are usually present after cleaners leave. Second they are superb at cleaning every nook and cranny, including things that I would never even think to clean, which means my place has never been cleaner than it is now! Third they are absolutely trustworthy and you never have to worry about leaving them there and having them lock up when they leave.
