I enjoyed my Hair experience with Dell. FIRST of all she listened to what I wanted, very important!! Then I went in for a consultation, she felt the texture and how thick my hair was.
Then we selected rods and talked about the amount of curl I wanted.
The next day I had my appointment, my hair turned out great and she took pictures for us to refer back to next time.
VERY HAPPY!

Went to Dell after a salon color disaster elsewhere. She recommended products to repair the damage done to my hair and recommended waiting to re-color and cut.
Five weeks later my hair was healthier and the cut and color she gave me were perfect!
