I would like to share with other female members of Placer Private Physicians that your membership includes a Well Woman Evaluation in addition to , or as part, of your annual physical. During my annual physical, I was not offered this service. In addition, nowhere is is posted on their website that a Well Woman Evaluation is included in the membership. I even had a recent visit with a female concern, but the offer of scheduling a Well Woman Evaluation was not brought to my attention. More...

The staff at Placer Private Physicians are amazing, caring, intelligent, communicative and supportive health care professionals who will be there to help you. It is a new way of delivering health care that is truly a game changer. I went to Dr. Hedman and Dr. Lichti after another physician missed my massive pulmonary embolism that almost killed me because he could only spent 10 minutes with a patient. What can I say about this practice? What they claim about their individual care is 100% accurate. I never once felt rushed. My kids were welcome during appointments I couldn’t find child care (often!), they always set me up in room with a chest of toys. —-Both of my sons and I were patients of Dr Hedman (myself for approx 8 years). He gently led me on a journey of specialists in attempts to help me diagnose a progressive 24-hour chronic pain that began in 2001......Dr Hedman always provided me a safety net to come back to where I knew I could be open and honest, and *understood*. He went far above the medical standard and I truly felt cared for- him being honest and firm when necessary along the way (I don’t like sugar-coating!) He saw me through one high-risk pregnancy and then through a vbac; he was at the hospital almost immediately to check in on my newborn baby boys. I feel so fortunate I met this Dr. He saved me when I felt I had no where else to turn. He believed me when many others wouldn’t, or couldn’t help. This physician in particular is a true professional. He is bright and has been known to pull out medical text books and journals in appointments just to inform and ensure accuracy. I miss this practice dearly. We moved away in 2015, and while I am enjoying my new location, no dr. or practice has yet to compare. They would be a difficult to measure up against, I imagine.... PPP, your practice and presence in my life made a real difference:: In the management of my illness, in my confidence, in the encouragement you provided to keep searching, but perhaps most importantly - you made a REAL difference in my quality of life!!! And for that, I will forever be grateful to you. Dr. Lichti and staff are awesome. What I like best about them is that I feel like a person and not an appointment time slot. When I first became a member, they worked to get to know me and immediately began working to understand how to keep me healthy. Rather than treating me just when I got sick, they worked to help me from getting sick in the first place.I wasn't sure about the membership fee at first, but the more I looked to find another doctor, I just couldn't find one that matched them.
