I just had a major repair done on my Acer laptop at the Ruckersville store of PJs. I walked in and I was frantic because I was in the middle of a huge project that had to get done quickly and I started getting weird messages and then my drive would not boot . I had just done a Windows update and it seems that the problem with software… I’m pretty good on working on computers… But after a long time of trying to resolve the problem on my own, I went to PJs computer services in Ruckersville. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a software issue AND a failing hard drive. They removed the hard drive, backed up all the files they could get to on a portable USB drive, installed a new solid-state hard drive, reloaded windows, and showed me how to reload all my files from the portable USB drive. It took them 24 hours to get all the files off because the drive was failing but they did manage to do it… I went back today, my old computer was working great, windows was working fabulously with the new hard drive, and they showed me how to transfer my files from the USB hard drive…I was ecstatic about the service I received and I thought their prices were very reasonable… Even best was the repairs were done in 24 even with a failing hard drive… Best Buy Would’ve taken 24 hours to even get me an appointment…… And repairs likely would’ve taken several days… And I’m sure there the costs would have been as much as a new computer. Walked in the Ruckersville, VA store yesterday to take my laptop in for service because it was running SO slow. I thought there was something very wrong with it. PJ's took a look, told me the problem- which wasn't a problem-- gave LOTS of helpful information and didn't charge me. Thanks PJ Networks for GREAT customer service!!! More...

PJ Networks is awesome. We have been using them for a few years for our computer needs. They just recently put together a new website for our business. All the employees are great; extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
