A sure-bet and creative pizza restaurant in Burlington. In addition to the great food (and Margaritas) the place is quite happening, it made the ordinary Monday evening feel like a cool Saturday one.

This restaurant is located in downtown Burlington on Saint Paul Street. Very friendly and patient staff when it comes extraordinary customer service. The menu includes Neapolitan pizzas, salads and appetizers with excellent choice of beverages. The pizzas are true Neapolitan style and are cooked in a wood fired oven. The ingredients are all natural and some I believe are imported from Italy. Just an FYI, the restaurant is open only in the evenings and it's pretty small, so they require you to have a dinner reservation. Overall, the restaurant is extraordinary and exceptional. I have celiac so I am always very wary of eating out, and can rarely have a safe option like pizza. I am so happy when I heard this place has its own space and oven for its gluten free pizza! The food is very tasty. The Mista salad was good but a bit plain. The Italian sodas we're good but needed to be mixed more. All the flavor was in the bottom 1/3 of the glass. The pizza was outstanding but you should probably plan on 1 pizza per person. The flourless chocolate cake was very good. The crust was cooked perfectly. What a fabulous gem in downtown Burlington. One of our new favorite places to visit, wished we'd have found it sooner. Sat at the bar and Chelsea was wonderful, she was busy making drinks but took great care of us. Not only in preparing our drinks and taking our food order, but also in explaining the items on the menu and patiently guiding us through the selections. The food was incredible, one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. Highly recommend the Brussel Sprout pizza!When we were finished and considering dessert, Chelsea took the time to educate us on their Amaro Flights for an after dinner treat. If you love pizza, this is a GREAT dinner spot. We walked in without reservations on a Friday evening and the hostess squeezed us in. We're so glad she did! We ordered two pizzas- a seasonal vegetable one and a pizza with sweet corn on it. Wow. Last year when were were passing through Burlington Vt, we (Kids and me) stopped at this restaurant since my daughter was gluten free. So this year when we were vacationing around Burlington we stopped there again. This time it was a busy Saturday night. I forgot to call ahead and make reservation. I explained this to the person behind the counter and was going to place an order to go. After waiting a bit he came back to me and said he could seat us as long as we didn't stay longer then an hour and half. WE gladly sat and ate. Besides delicious pizza the staff was incredible. Great experience. Very friendly staff willing and excited to chat about local food and drinks. Good apps to excite your party. Killer pizzas stuffed with local toppings and great flavor combinations. You can tell some real though goes into them and lots of good ingredients. My favorite was the Fungi Rustico. The wood fired mushrooms adds a savory quality without losing the satisfying bite of the mushroom and the whole thing soaks up the buttery herby sauce / cheese. Will definitely try to go back soon. Excellent food, excellent environment. Location is pretty good too - just a short walk from Lake Champlain and close to many other shops and restaurants. Decor is tasteful and complements the building and feel of the area and creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient. The pizza was quite good. I grew up on the coal-fired pizza of New Haven area pizzarias and am often intolerant of lesser pizza. While clearly not at this level, the pizza here was very good and all of us thoroughly enjoyed it.
