Amazing authentic Italian food. I finally got a chance to swing by for dinner after all the craze has died down on a Monday night. I've eaten plenty of pizzas in Italy and across Europe from Italian restaurants and can truly say this brings back memories. I haven't had a pizza this good in the 8 years since I've been in the U.S. while eating at multiple Italian restaurants across Arizona. I had the Pizza Casanova which was of course delicious. My friends had a Penne Arrabbiata and Gnocchi alla Tirolese. The pasta was cooked to perfection in both dishes and were absolutely amazing. They also have the best Tiramisu I've tasted since Europe by far. I guarantee I will be coming here many more times. It may seem like I'm exaggerating a bit but I believe I'm even understating how good it tasted. Words just don't do it justice for me. I never write food reviews because it's not something I care about doing but this food was so good it made me feel like I was committing a crime not spreading the word. More...

I had their individual pizza...which is large but pricey. The pizza was okay but they should highlight just a regular pizza like sausage. See photo.

Cheryl from Sierra Vista. My husband and I tried the Pizzeria Mimosa for the first time today after hearing a few people rave how great it was. Well, we were not disappointed. It has a great atmosphere and everyone was very nice there. The food was wonderful and it won't hurt your wallet either. Very reasonable prices. Not to mention the great view of the Huachucas didn't hurt either. We will definitely go there again. More...

Visited after reading the newspaper article. It was a very busy place. The hostess told us it would be thirty minutes for a table and we were seated about twenty minutes later. Everyone was very nice despite how busy the place was. They were out of a few things, but I hope that just shows they order fresh things! We ordered an appetizer of cheese wrapped in italian cured ham....it was delicious! Then we had an order of gnocchi and the monumento pizza. I do not think they make their own gnocchi, but the cream sauce and toppings are what made the dish so good. The pizza was also very good! We ordered dessert to go..cannoli!! Cannoli is my favorite dessert, but they added candied orange and pistachios to an already delicious dish. It was ok, but I wish they had the traditional chocolate chip variety! Overall, very good.
