What’s your signature dish?
It is so hard to choose my favorite dish so I will give you my top 5! Chicken parmigiana with penne marinara or penne rosa alfredo is my go to comfort food. I love our veggie sandwich. It's the perfect hot/cold combination in a sandwich. Our calzones our amazing. I can eat our meatballs everyday all day. And finally, our three cheese penne, its hearty and delicious and is the perfect pasta meal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We list to our customers needs and provide options that fit their tastes and budget. We ask clarifying questions like, will their be any vegetarians or are their any dietary needs to consider? We ask where the menu will be served and take that into consideration when creating the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Serving the community is what I love most about my job. As a caterer, we are with our customers on their best and worst days. I love being of service and helping my customers feels at ease during their time of celebration, business luncheon or opportunity, funerals and so much more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family has been in the restaurant/catering business for over 50 years. It is my honor to carry on the tradition.

We are a local restaurant service the OC area. We provide online ordering for day to day orders but believe its best to connect with our customers directly to provide the best possible customer service for catering needs.

Our staff have been trained to keep our establishment clean and sanitized.
