What’s your signature dish?
Craft Pizza made with 00 flour, whole milk mozzarella and homemade pizza sauce. Dough is cold fermented for 48 hrs, making a light and airy crust. Special family recipe pizza sausage topping.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We do Vegan Pizza as well. Italian salads and deserts available.
What do you love most about your job?
This is truly a labor of love for me. Love to provide good old fashioned Italian food to my customers. Creating craft Pizza has always been a passion of mine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Pizza and Italian food in general were a staple food growing up in my home and town of NF NY. My Mom had to feed 10 of us and she did with some of the most delicious Italian recipes. The whole Neighborhood ate at the Calvello residence, she would make sure of that. B
Why should our clients choose you?
If your looking for something different in a pizza, you are in for a treat. Very few places here in AZ make this style of Neapolitan pizza. Its takes more time then most pizza places are willing or able to do.
