Our daughter had recommended Pizza Barbone from her trip to Hyannis. Wife and I had the lunch special which included an 8" pizza and a salad each. Cost per special was very reasonable. Service was very good, as several servers shared responsibilities. The salads were a hit with us...mixed greens, with unique preparations of the carrots and the fennel. The balsamic dressing was very good. Wife ordered the Margherita (tomato, basil, mozzarella, Parmigiano). I ordered the Bianca Verde (roasted garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmigiano, baby arrugula, balsamic drizzle). We shared our pizzas. Both were excellent. Would have liked to have had the crust just a little crispier. Other than that minor detail, the entire meal was great. But wait, there's more...desserts were tempting us. Fantastic food and service. I make the trek from Wellfleet 1x a month to get my fix. After moving to the cape from the San Francisco food mecca, pizza Barbone helps sustain me. Great pizzas, and the soup specials have been fantastic. I understand it is pricey for some, but i pay for quality and organic and great food. My only complaint is that they dont have a pizza truck in Wellfleet. More...

My mom and I stopped in on a Friday afternoon for lunch. We were the only ones there at the time but we're greeted by a friendly waitress. A few others walked in after rounding out the restaurant. Loved that they had Cape Cod Blonde on tap, one of my favorites. My mom and I split a bianco pizza and added some meatballs on it. Pizza was fresh, fast and delicious.We'll be coming back I'm sure! Made a quick stop here on my way from Wellfleet to Boston and was not disappointed! The weekday lunch special is the perfect amount of food and it was fun sitting at the bar watching the oven action. My friend and I noticed the staff had to loudly announce, "CORNER!" each time they approached a certain corner. It was a bit humorous but I'm sure this could be remedied with a small window or remodel. Highly recommended! More...

We hired Pizza Barbone to cater our wedding on Saturday 9/7 in Bourne MA.  My husband and I are VERY informal which Ali and Jason, owners of Pizza Barbone, really understood.  We were also moving and have a 1 year old, so after we sat with Ali and walked through what we wanted for that day, they created a wedding timeline which was very helpful.  She really made us comfortable knowing they had this under control.  My husband and I got to live out a dream, taste testing the pizza to decide which ones we wanted on our wedding day.  We were in heaven!!  All of the pizza's were so incredible (so are the cannoli's and salad) it was hard for us to choose.  The day of our wedding was when Cape Cod was hit by remnants of Hurricane Dorian, and  Ali and Jason were extremely communicative with us to make adjustments if needed.  They had it all under control!  The weather ended up clearing up, the service was incredible, and the food..... ohhhhhh the pizza is what dreams are made of!  We continued to receive compliments on the food days after the wedding and know for sure Pizza Barbone will be getting calls from guests at our wedding.  We appreciate not only the care and detail they put into our special day, but providing us with an unforgettable experience. i just had the most amazing vegan pizza of my life! They make their own cashew cheese and its incredible. And i am super picky. I do not like Daiya. This cheese tastes like dairy cheese. It melts and everything. We had the wild mushroom with garlic puree, rosemary and truffle oil. Omg i am in love. Crust is perfect in the wood fire oven. She even used a clean pizza cutter to cut our pizza even and we didnt even ask! A fabulous find for vegans with high standards! More...

We love Pizza Barbone! We hired them to cater our rehearsal dinner in Falmouth in August, and they did such a wonderful job! Their mobile catering truck is very cool. They arrived right on time and set up quickly, plus our guests loved the salad, pizza, and cannolis. They were also so attentive to me as the bride - they made a point to know who I was when I came over to order me vegan (yay!) pizza, and even brought my order over to when they saw I was pulled into conversation with guests. They were super easy to communicate with, and we look forward to eating at their storefront in Hyannis in the future! More...
