Buying a car, a mattress, and finding a good web design company can be some of the least enjoyable buying experiences one can make ( I should know I'm in the mattress industry). :)Because I was cheap and broke I've worked with other design companies overseas and also here locally and I've learned the hard way. I've always ended up with mediocre websites and ended up paying much more than I should of.I finally decided to do it right and find an experienced local web company who was intent with making sure we were pleased. I interviewed several other web companies and these guys stood a part from the rest, mostly because I could tell they would be the easiest to work with and they cared very much at what they do.Their work process was well organized and thought out and made the job run smooth. Shane and Audrey did an awesome job with our site and since our new site went up our business has at least doubled and we are always getting compliments on our site. So if you're looking for a web company these guys definitely need to be on your list. I am beyond satisfied with the excellent work the staff from Pixel Me Pink provided. I am not a computer guru and I was afraid of creating a website for my business because of it but my business requires it for its success. I interviewed with a lot of companies, and even though Pixel me Pink was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, their service, knowledge, and plain and simple down to earth caring people made me want to go with them and I don't regret it! It was the best decision I could have made. their follow up skills are unbelievable!My website is completed and it looks awesome!!!!! It is exactly the way I want it. I didn't know what I wanted at first but with their excellent web design suggestions it is perfection. Their web designers are very knowledgeable and very open to suggestions. Pixel Me Pink is an excellent web design company that takes a personal approach to designing a professional website for a reasonable price. They are excellent for first time business owners/entrepreneurs. I approached Pixel Me Pink when I decided to start my own company. They took the time to talk with me in length, understand my business model, then gave me an in depth brief as to how they would design the site in a way that I could understand. They are very flexible with their clients. My business model changed in the middle of their design. After notifying them, they rolled with the punches and did absolutely everything in their power to make the website match what I wanted it to be. I am overall very happy with the website I have with them now. Anytime anyone asks me about who designed my website, I am always proud to refer Pixel Me Pink to them. I was looking for a new web designer after having a nightmare experience with another company for over a year.  My 2 previous website didn't do half the things I wanted it to and it was pretty basic.  He wanted another $150 per page just let me have access to it.  I was locked out of the website that I already paid for and that I was told that I would have access to.  Refusing to pay another $1650 i started looking for a new web developer.  I literally found pixel me pink on yelp as I didn't want to have a 3rd bad experience and was hoping yelper reviews would help me weed through all the website developers out there.  Ironically, when I was looking at their portfolio of work, I saw that they did the website for a skincare client of mine.  Their great reviews, their website, the fact that someone I knew used them, and because Shane spent  a lot of time with me on the phone and even followed up with me a few days later is what sealed the deal and made me become their client.  Pixel me pink has impeccable customer service, patience beyond belief, and excellent communication.  They literally went above and beyond the call of duty.  I know that though this is my 3rd website, it will be my last,  My only real regret is that I didn't find them years ago.  Thanks Shane, Audrey, Ben and the others on the pixel me pink team. It was an absolute pleasure working with Pixel Me Pink on my company's web design.  In the past I have enlisted the services of other website designers and found the process to be unorganized and unprofessional.  In the end I ended up with a nice site but went through a lot of trouble to get there.  However, Pixel Me Pink's web design solutions services were completely differently.  From the very first phone call with website developer, Shane, I knew my business was in good hands.  They are extremely methodical and stuck to a project schedule.  Their coordination efforts and instructions to me where easy to follow and moved the website design along at a very expedient rate.  The end product surpassed all of my expectations.  I am so grateful to the website designer for their time, effort and talent.  Pixel Me Pink gets my highest recommendation! i was dreading making the switch to a new company and website, even though I desperately needed it. I researched local (and some national) website companies, talking to over 25 different companies in my price range. A lot of the employees were unprofessional, didn't seem to care other than for the sale and even down right rude in some cases.Shane was the total opposite from the beginning - friendly and warm, with a genuine interest in helping me find the best solution. (Even if it wasn't with their company, although he was sure it would be!) ... (Now I know) he is great at what he does, and I like when someone believes in their ability and can back it up - top professionalism from the beginning! They were well organized with the best all encompassing  and easily readable contract that I received. He was very upfront (no hidden costs) and covered all of the bases. Shane is dependable and accountable, a great communicator, and was willing to take the time to educate me and walk me through the process. I knew that if they gave me this much time and attention and did this well on this initial phase, that i would count on them for the rest. And to my satisfaction, they were awesome!I am technologically challenged when it comes to websites... So it was challenging to know how to explain what I needed, much less how to achieve it with my new website, ... But Shane and Audrey were so great - they researched and anticipated my needs and were able to get me what I needed. They took the time to really get to know me, my music, my past website issues, and current needs. They are very well organized with their process and their online basecamp was a awesome way to maintain contact and oversight of the project.There are times in any creative or business project when people aren't always on the same page, miscommunication, have different perspectives or interpretations, etc. I mention this because even when things were not perfectly smooth, they maintained the same greatness. This is a really important insight  - with anything, things are easy when they are smooth, but with Shane and Audrey, things are great even in a tricky situation.  I commend Shane and Audrey for having integrity and patience to work through any bumps in the road with an open mind, a great attitude, and an overall commitment to customer satisfaction.Audrey was phenomenal to work with! So creative, so passionate! She made the creative process easy and fun! She was right on with the design! Not all creative types are also business minded, but Audrey is professional and kind, accountable and organized. And VERY talented! I love the layout, colors and feel that she brought to me... but she was flexible when my vision was different from hers. No ego here! Hallelujah! My site is interesting and artsy, yet easy to maneuver. She really did an awesome job! They were flexible with their schedule to try and accommodate me when I needed. But they were also capable of giving me time to work on things on my end when i needed it. No pressure. I should also mention their great sense of humor and personable nature... I initially had a very basic website set up just so I could get my business off the ground.  I desperately needed to have better functionality and design, but I was having such bad luck finding someone to do the work the right way.  I'd asked friends for references, and looked on Craigslist to find somebody.  Nothing seemed to be working out.  From what I've gathered, most website people are only skilled in one aspect of putting a site together... it's hard to find somebody that can make it look great AND work properly.I gave Craigslist another shot and came across Pixel Me Pink.  Their clever business name attracted me.  But I got a good feeling about these guys from the very first telephone conversation.  They came across as very organized and professional.  This husband and wife team marry all the skills of coding, design, creativity, etc...I decided to move forward and do a complete re-design of my site.  Once we got under way, they gave me a timeline for each step of the process.  At first, I was having a hard time deciding on theme/colors/features....
