We just used Pivotal Car Service for a to/from trip to Boston Logan and the service was fantastic. Cindy and Larry were great to work with, both in booking the timing of the trip, as well as promptness of arrival. The car was spotless and the service was flawless. Upon returning to Logan, we received a text with exact directions to the pickup location and were greeted as expected. It was so nice not to have to dig a car out of 14” of snow at midnight and then drive home! We would highly recommend Pivotal Car Service and will definitely be using them again for our transportation needs. More...

I recently had a great experience and wanted to spread the word about a FANTASTIC car service in the Southern NH area. I have a knee injury which was making it difficult for me to drive for several weeks. I needed a little short-term help with transportation home from my physical therapy appointments. I reached out to Pivotal Car Service to ask if they would consider helping me. I knew it was a small trip and figured it was a longshot but to my surprise Larry (owner) said YES.

I am a very cautious person and was worried about getting in the car with an unfamiliar person. On the first day I was met by Larry who immediately put me at ease with his relaxed, kind, and friendly nature. He helped me get into the car (pushing the chair back, letting me sit in the front, making sure I didn't fall, etc.). On another trip I met his wonderful and kind wife Cindy who took the same care making sure I was able to get in and out of the car as smoothly as possible.

This car service is dependable, punctual, and has a wonderful staff. The cars feel like new and are very clean. I highly recommend this car service to anyone in need of a ride.
