Tried Pipilinka Charbroiled Chicken today and it was the best Peruvian chicken I've had in Howard County! For sides, I got a pupusa, rusa salad, fried rice and plantains and everything was delicious! Peruvian Charbroiled Chicken, Lomo Saltado, Empanadas, Ceviche, Crab Cakes, Salmon in a Creamy Dill Sauce
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We pride ourselves in the complete culinary experience, therefore we like to have our perspective clients visit our restaurant, enjoy the hospitality, taste some of our menu. During that time we get to know our customer and ask questions, regarding food preferences, favorite dish, allergies if any, must haves, etc.
What do you love most about your job?
First and foremost, it's not a job. It's an event that to our client becomes a memory.
We take that very seriously, plus the fact that we get to see the guests faces and reactions to completing the special day. We practice that in a smaller scale with our customers in our day to day operation at The Pipilinka Restaurant.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Enjoyed working for some major companies for almost 18 years, then decided to start a catering business and seeing the results, got me hooked.

We have a family business, we know what our clients are looking for, by taking the time to know them as much as possible. The use of fresh ingredients, proven recipes, pride in what we do, and the years of experience.
