I hosted an event there this past weekend and I am VERY happy with my experience. The entire staff was friendly and there to assist us with everything that came up. Super friendly and professional. Even prior to the actual event, the communication was excellent and I didn't have to wait forever for a follow-up or to get answers to any of the questions I had. From the moment we arrived the staff was professional and friendly. I do not drink cold drinks and one of the staff removed my drink (soda, as I do not drink champagne) so it would be room temperature for our time slot for the Splatter Room! It really warmed my heart to know they went “the extra mile” to make our experience a great one. We will definitely be back to experience some other Covid-Safe events at Pinspiration. I recommend this for EVERYONE (kid events too) for a loving bonding experience. More...
