We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at the studio and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in planning an event. Chris and Steph were extremely accommodating
. They were available if I had any questions and worked with my schedule to ensure that I was able to see the studio way before the day of the party. When I would email or call them with questions , I received a response within 24 hours. In a world where exceptional customer service is hard to find - Pinot’s Palette got it right! Every time!!!
My daughter is an artist and she chose to personalize the painting for her party; Chris and his artist collaborated and created a painting that she was happy with. Steph assisted with ideas to decorate their beautiful space so that we could personalize it for our daughter. On the day of the party, Chris helped serve the kids and set up the buffet table. He went out of his way to ensure everything was running smoothly and this afforded me the luxury of enjoying the day as much as my guests did. Chris was warm and welcoming, he made sure that everyone was having a good time and that everything was to our liking. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who wants to enjoy a night of art in a clean and fun environment with affordable prices to patronize this business. You will not be disappointed. It’s easy to see and feel that they take pride in the way they maintain the space and above all, value their customers. Kudos to you all and thanks for helping us celebrate with our closest friends and family.

We had such a great time! We were here for the paint your pet charity event. The owner and the artist who worked with us were so friendly, and they are great at anticipating when you need help. I also love the teaching style.. How you can get a group of people with limited abilities and experience together, have them all paint a different picture, and have everyone walk out with something that looks great is beyond me! This was an excellent expirence. I brought a few of the mothers in my life to the Mother’s Day painting event. We had a party of 7 and they made sure to save seats for all of us to sit together. Very fun expirence !!!
