After going through a messy repossession in 2020, my credit score dropped to Equifax: 512, TransUnion: 504, Experian: 509. I paid Andy $1200.00 and he did nothing with my credit reports and then sold my identity information to people in India & Pakistan. Every week, I'd call him and, when I got a hold of him, he would say call me back next week. After three months, nothing was done and I nicely asked for a refund. For that I was cussed out, berated, hung up on and then blocked and ghosted. This operation is a scam. I suspect that the positive reviews he gets are from himself or people he pays. Notice any negative reviews Andy gets, he makes excuses and blames & belittles the customer. He probably hasn't given a refund to anyone, EVER. Most of his payments he requests are from Cashapp/Venmo type payments that are hard to fight to get your money back or trace the records of. He victimizes & scams on the downtrodden or people going through tough financial times such as military service men & women, single mothers, divorced fathers, recovering drug or alcohol addicts, etc. When these people get scammed, they don't have the financial resources or knowledge of how to get their money back. Like most other scams, the victims are embarrassed and humiliated to come forward and report him. This is a terrible person that is a convicted felon on the run in Vietnam. Outstanding customer service and the results are great. Got my foreclosure removed pretty fast only two weeks. The free consultation is totally worth it because they gave me the blueprint to increase my credit limits on 5 of the credit cards I have. When I first started they were maxed out but I was instructed to pay them down and I was able to increase the credit limit because I had negative items removed.The service was worth every penny? I'm a real estate agent and I was looking for credit repair company for my client. I found Pinnacle on Instagram and went through all their posts and reviews and decided to take a risk and have my client work with them.  I called and talk to someone named Andre. He walked me through what he would do for my client and assured me he would help him and less time than most credit company. Boy was he right.
