How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I always suggest what would be beneficial for our clients. However, our clients are first and we are here to fulfill their needs. I discuss flavors and what toppings we believe would be best. However, when it comes to toppings, I can put them in separate containers so that the guests can choose for themselves what toppings they would want.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients be happy and satisfied! They are paying for a service and I believe in exceptional customer service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Pinkberry Burbank is in an amazing location which is inside an outdoor shopping mall. There is tons of foot traffic and Pinkberry has an honorable reputation as being one of the best frozen yogurt businesses.

I offer exceptional customer service and I pride myself in putting my clients first. I want them to be happy and satisfied that I did a great job for their event.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
There are 2 ways to go about our catering service.
1. We drop off pre-made yogurt in a cup and the kitchen available at the venue holds all the cups in a cooler and the waiters serve it themselves. You can decide whether or not you want the toppings to be in the yogurt cups or not.
2. We set up our own booth and serve the guests ourselves. We bring our own table, table cloth, decorations (depending on the event), napkins, spoons, cups, toppings. We stay until the event is finished or whenever our service is no longer needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always wear a mask when we are catering. Moreover, we use gloves when cutting fresh fruits and also when serving the guests.
Frozen Yogurt Catering
I offer Frozen Yogurt catering within a 10 miles radius from the Pinkberry Burbank location. At Pinkberry Burbank, we make fresh yogurt everyday and hand cut fresh fruits as well. We are able to cater any type of event such as birthdays, weddings, business events, and more!
