I booked an appointment a month in advance for Thanksgiving week to ensure I could get my house cleaned. Today (monday) at 10:30. I even confirmed with the owner last night my appointment. At 11:10, I called no answer. At 11:35 I called and texted. no answer, even though their voicemail says I will receive a call within 30 minutes. it's now 1:30, no cleaners arrived, no returned phone calls, no returned texts. This to me is not how business works. I will not be using your services in the future or recommending a business that doesn't show or communicate if there is a delay.
