Every once in awhile, I get blown away by customer service. Yesterday was one of those times. I had ordered a cake for an engagement party for my sister in law at a different local bakery. When i went to pick it up, they told me that the order “was never confirmed”. Email we received 2 weeks prior says otherwise, but bottom line we had no cake and party was starting in 4 hours. After no help from another bakery, I went to Pink Bandana and told them our situation. They went so far above and beyond to help us out! Within an hour, they had made us a beautiful cake and even went and got fresh flowers to decorate it with. They were so accommodating to my 4 yo son, offering him goodies and games to keep him happy while we waited. Then, to make the party even more special, they threw in 18 cupcakes free of charge. I could NEVER say enough good things about Pink Bandana Bakery!!! EVERYTHING they make is delicious. There is not an item in their case that I wouldn't recommend and even their gluten free baked goods are amazing. (Which is quite the accomplishment if you ask me.) I have gotten bakery from Pink Bandana on numerous occasions and I have never been dissapointed. The bakery items are delicious, I particularly love their macarons and their almond cake but everything in there is very good and fresh. I went into the store today. Recived a sample Omg! The best cupcake ever. It was a explosion going on in my mouth like fireworks. They were so moist they slid down my throat. Omg!
