I had first learned about the company through Groupon. I have a fairly new house and didn't know of any cleaning companies as a first time homebuyer. I usually do my own cleaning but I have found a routine company.I am really glad I decided to try them out. They made scheduling very easy as they were able to text me to figure out the best day / time. They were on time. I had two maids come in the house and clean. They were very thorough. My floors and the house in general just smell so good! They reorganized my items that made my counters look less cluttered. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!! I’m beyond impressed with how much Isabelle (Isa) and Maria got done in just over 2. 5 hours. They were punctual, sweet, thorough, a pleasure to meet. Even my golden retriever adored them. My house is sparkling clean, they even did dishes that were in the sink and folded laundry that was out to be done later. I had to take the time to note Pinheiro's Cleaning services. I am a little laid up after a surgery, so my spouse has gotten stuck with all the house chores. He works out in the South Florida sun on a daily basis, so occupations like these typically require a little R&R after hours in these blazing temps! I am also typically reluctant to have someone else clean up after my mess and my family's mess, aside from us, but I was getting a little desperate for some cleaning assistance.When I found a great Groupon deal, I thought, what the heck, and purchased 5 man hours of house cleaning. What a fantastic deal, especially when I need this service the most. I was able to schedule with Victor for the following Saturday, but he knew that I was open to cancellations, so I was contacted again the very next day to let me know of a cancellation that day and another call to let me know that the team is in the area if I could do something sooner? What joy as Karin and Jeane arrived on time and with cleaning tools and disinfectants in hand! I was thrilled that these ladies meant some cleaning business! Two and a half hours later, I am amazed at Karin and Jeane's attention to detail in my home. Floors were vacuumed and washed, everything was dusted, windows were wiped down and they really focused on the details of our bathrooms and kitchen. They didn't miss a spot and my home smells fantastic! Thank you Victor, Karin and Jeane for making a believer out of me and helping with have a really clean home. I have hired them twice to clean my 2/2. I have 3 children and let me tell you my house was A MESS!... we originally started with this cleaning service with a groupon expecting minimal services like we had experienced with other services but these girls know what they are doing. In four hours they whip our house into shape better thank any of the other services and each week it just get's better.
