Efficient and effective training led by qualified, educated trainers. This gym is family owned and operated and they are invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals. Limited class sizes make you feel like you’re getting the attention you deserve and the programming is smart so your hitting everything at just the right time. I recently switched over after my old gym closed, they made the transition easy and I feel like I was able to pick up where I left off and then some. PUSH is not the “same old” gym you’re used to! Everything about PUSH is SO much better! The team training classes are everything! The class size is limited and it feels like personal training. Personal Training
We offer 30 and 60 minute personal training sessions packages ranging from once a week to every day of the week. Every personal training client gets a customized program that is designed just for them. Our trainers expertly design the program with evidence-based research to ensure each client is getting the top of the line weight loss, muscle building, sculpting, toning exercise program of their dreams.

Team Training
We offer 1 hour circuit style, boxing, H.I.I.T., and strength and conditioning classes Monday-Saturday. All of our classes are designed and stratigcally periodized using evidence based techniques like progressive overload, relative volumes and a wide variety of periodization models.
Monday-Friday our classes are 6am-10am, and Saturdays are 8am-10am. Our class sizes ranges from 6-12 people per class with our strength and conditioning classes only allowing 6 people to create a more in-depth session on lifting technique and form.

Power Hour
Power Hour is our student athlete program designed to get athletes to perform at higher level. It includes 2 periodizied strength and conditioning classes a week and 3 sport specific personal training sessions a month.
This program is a very close knit group of student athletes and we do limit enrollment of this program. If you are interested in your student athlete joining this program contact us to find out more information.
Recovery Session
We are now offering a 20 min recovery sessions for anyone new to training or someone who needs a pick me up from from working out all week. We offer a large range of recovery modality from KT Tape to the newest and coolest technology in recovery session. We have a Theragun tool and a Power Dot.

Open Gym Program
Our Open Gym program is for people who are seasoned lifters or gym goers looking for an expertly built program to help them reach their goals. In this program you get 1 personal training session a month to talk about your month worth of custom designed workout. Then the rest of the month you come in on your own schedule and leave notes for our trainers to make adjustments if needed.
