It was worth all the hype.  I went simple with the B.L.A.T. and Yum!!!!! We got both curly fries and regular fries. Both were abundant!  Definitely the best burger I have had.  Decadent. Seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had! The meat melted in my mouth, the bacon was crispy and the cheese was plentiful and gooey. It was the kind of burger you don't want to end. Love the variety, can't wait to try another crazy concoction from this truck. We had Pile High Burgers as a late night food truck at our wedding, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the response! A Simply stunning create-your-own burger. We tried a double on two grilled cheese buns. The menu is amazing. So many many options. One double fed two people twice. Patties are huge, juice and freshly cook. Encountered this truck at New Terrain Brewery and had to try one. Delicious beyond description. We've never had a burger like this one. Did bacon, lettuce, fried egg, Bbq sauce, pickle, mayo, beer onions and onion strings. Had to cut it up to even bite it. Side of CRISPY tater tots with beef chili and cheese sauce rounded the meal out. Our ONE meal could easily feed three to four. Don't be put off that each topping costs. The menu is a blast to read through. Thousands of combinations. It's minimal and so worth it. Something for everyone here. Too bad we live in the Dallas Texas area. Great grub overall. Happy to see them live up to the name and have massive burgers. There are lots of options on the menu and plenty of ways to customize your meal. I went for double patty which was a bit ambitious. The fries are nice and crispy and everything was at a good temp. Overall great. Forgot a few items when I picked up the food initially but they were ready and just overlooked. Some sides need some dialing in to make them as stellar of menu items as the burgers are. However, you're really not going to be disappointed by eating at this truck. We'll be tracking it down again when we have a burger craving. More...

Had the pleasure of feasting upon one of these magnificent gems last night. The options are vast and exciting. I don't know what kind of divine intervention was going on inside the truck, but I was surprised the amazing flavor was produced inside of a small space, when usually a burger this good comes from a large restaurant. Dare I say these burgers put many burger restaurants to shame? Yes. Yes I do dare. The tater tots are fantastic, and they are not stingy with the portions. I recommend building your burger, the Cajun rub is pretty delicious. The partnering with Cannonball Creek brewery is pretty awesome as these burgers go great with a tasty brew. Amazing! Burgers are great and very filling. Large portions truly can not wait to eat here again. We ate here when they were at new terrain brewing and I highly suggest giving it a try I had the bbq burger and it was one of the best burgers I have had. Also had the fried pickles and they were amazing too my daughter could not get enough of them. Kids meals are very reasonably prices for a good sized burger. So good! Can't wait to have it again. Okay so a burger after a long day of hiking is always going to seem like the best tasting thing you've ever had... but that being said, I seriously think this is one of the best tasting things I've ever had, as far as burgers go.  I'm pretty sparing with my 5 stars, but this burger truck is getting all 5, for what they're trying to do, they're doing it perfectly.  The meat was like burger magic, it was juicy and crispy on the edges with the oozy cheese and BBQ sauce and bacon, the bun was toasty, and the jalapeno poppers we chose as our side instead of fries squirted jala juice and cream cheese with every bite.  Delicious!  They were parked at New Terrain on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and bluegrass+burgers+beer is just about as good as it gets. Awesome Food Truck!!I've ate here two times and it's been excellent both times. I discovered them parked around where I worked, and then I HAD TO eat there again. They're quick to respond on Facebook, so that's not an issue.Their Facebook page is entertaining. The patties may not be gigantic, but it's good quality and it will fill you up. I like getting Cajun and garlic seasoning dry-rubbed on me, and I also get some tzatziki sauce with my burger, who else does that They don't skip out on the fries here, you get plenty of them with each other and they're delicious. Not my all time favorite style of fries, but they're tasty. Staff has been friendly and pretty fast both times. They'll give you a buzzer so you don't have to stalk the food truck. I will seek these guys out in the future and I recommend everyone tries them. They've made it into my top 5 burgers for Colorado. More...

We were at Golden City Brewery and decided to get some burgers for dinner.  They have a pretty big selection of different burgers or you can choose your own options for a custom burger.  Burgers come with fries (a large portion of them too) or you can choose to upgrade to other options like sweet potato fries or tater tots.  I highly recommend either the sweet potato fries or tater tots.  We got a burger with mushrooms and swiss and a burger with blue cheese and caramelized onions.  Both were tasty and had really fresh buns but the mushroom swiss was the stand-out.  Son had a kids meal with a grilled cheese and tater tots.  So happy we found this awesome food truck, we will look for it anytime we hit up one of our local breweries. SO GOOD!!!! We took a risk and got the W.T.F burger and it was so good! The list of ingredients is crazy, but we loved it! And the fries were crispy and good. Really this food truck is about accessorizing your sandwich. They have many toppings and encourage you to get creative. I had the Mexi burger, which was good, but would have been better with a toasted bun. The toppings of guacamole and a chile pepper,  really cooled the meat off faster too. I really enjoyed my upgraded chile cheese fries. My boyfriend had the breakfast burger, and boy did that look glorious, another friend had I think the swiss burger. They really get the food out in a timely way, and the table beepers are a nice touch to ensure you get your food ASAP. I planned an event for a client of mine and Pile High Burgers was the food truck we decided to go with for the annual holiday office party. This food truck met & exceeded my expectations! The food was just incredible and the owner James was great to work with. He was very responsive to my many questions leading up to the event. The food truck was great for our staff; we went them because of the customizable options (build-your-own) in hopes all employees would find something they like. They offered veggie burgers and had gluten & dairy free options for us also. The staff was very friendly and even to this day, I am hearing from employees how good their burgers were. I can't believe I can write Yelp reviews about food trucks, er...RVs. Got lucky and ran into Pile High outside of Golden City Brewery and had just enough draught pours to need some fries. But Pile High Burgers doesn't just have traditional fries--they serve what may possibly be the best sweet potato fries I have ever had in my life. They are definitely the best sweet potato fries I have ever had from a vehicle.The fries were so good I went back for a second order, but the real treat was the "PHB Fry Sauce." I haven't been able to replicate it on my own yet, but the best I could figure was Thousand Island with Chipotle pepper paste and crumbled feta. Doesn't seem as appealing typing it out.Definitely recommend the fries and sauces selection; unfortunately, I can't speak to the meat products but they did smell delicious. More...

Probably the best burger truck in town. The burger and the chicken patty are delicious and generously sized, so sharing is recommended. The shoestring fries are excellent, but there are a LOT. save your box; I took mine home and cooked them in lieu of hash browns for breakfast.It would be nice to order fries separately. One portion was more than enough for two. The sandwiches were great, with quality toppings. They sliced the pepperoncini on my Mediterranean burger, which was a nice touch. One negative: the buns were really cold. I'd prefer them at room temp or heated/toasted.I'll be keeping an eye out for them at brewery in my neighborhood soon. DAMN!!! This food truck is AMAZING!. First off the menu is all about the burgers, Fully custom made burgers or choose from the premade ones. We split a Grilled cheese burger ( a burger in between two grilled cheese sandwiches. The meat is on point, juicy and hand formed with the perfect crust (similar to NYC shake shack but even better!)
