I have been coming to Pilates Mind Body Spirit  for about 4 months, and it is an amazing studio. I have taken classes with Michel'le and Tunde, and they are both extremely knowledgable, encouraging, and skilled teachers. I was a bit intimidated when I came for the first time, but the studio's very friendly and warm environment immediately put me at ease. I can feel myself becoming stronger and stronger as I continue to take classes. I have had hip and back pain ever since giving birth a few years ago, but since I have been coming here, that pain has been dramatically reduced. This studio is truly special! More...

I actually travel about 35 miles each direction just to train with the owner at this studio. She is unlike any other pilates instructor I've met and has created tone and definition in my body that I have never seen before. She works with my alignment and it'a almost a physical therapy session paired with a workout and she's transformed me in many important ways. Plus I love her! If there were room to give a Million Stars, I absolutely would because this Pilates studio is one of the BEST in the business! The instructors are very knowledgeable on how to transform and alleviate pain from your body. They give thorough demonstrations on the reformer to ensure correct form. They have all sorts of classes too! In addition, they give the BEST customer service by treating everyone with respect, courtesy, kindness, and love. I highly recommend them! P.M.B.S Reformer Pilates Class is built off of the Pilates Mat Foundations that is enhanced and supported through the Reformer which ranges from Level 1 to Level 3.
Focuses on: Increases length, toning, body conditioning, and enhances long lean muscle.
What to expect: An upbeat and challenging work out that lengthens, tones, improves proprioception, and body conditioning.

P.M.B.S Beginner Pilates Class instills the movement of Contrology "Art of Control" created by the phenomenal Joseph Pilates.
Focuses on: Connecting your mind and body by the correct breathing, proprioception, postural alignment, and positioning.
What to expect: Intuitive connection of Increased flexibility, core strength, coordination, weight management, and enhanced cognition.
For Everyone.
Temperature: 85 Degrees (light infrared heat). It detoxifies you with internal heat cleansing you from the inside out.

P.M.B.S Pilates Reformer Arms, Abs, & Glutes Class which works all your favorite areas; Arms, Abs and Glutes . Be prepared to feel the burn & sculpt all your favorite areas!
P.M.B.S Pilates Reformer Arms, Abs, Glutes Class is the trifecta of working all your favorite areas.

Focuses on: Incorporating Pilates principles to exclusively strengthen, lengthen, & tone all your favorite areas; Arms, Abs, & Glutes.
