Exceptional, modern cuisine tacos, beautifully prepared, precisely served, layers of taste and texture. I've never had better anywhere. They're what I yearn for on my birthday, and every other day of the week. This truck was parked by St. Clair Brown winery and  we got three tacos, loved it so much that we went back for more! Every kind of taco that we got was amazing and I would easily get them again!!

Sweet mother of you know who! These tacos are absolutely amazing. We tried one of everything and while they were all great, the fish, chicken and pork shoulder were our personnel favorites. Do yourself a favor and try these tacos. Perfection. Gotta go...more tacos to eat! More...

Awe man! Â #napavalley you HAVE to got hit up @picomoderntaqueria at the Napa Outlets! In a nut shell, authentic Mexican tacos with the perfect blend of sophistication and flavor profiles you come to find in fine Napa dinning! ! The first taco pictured is the "Cochinita" made with Pork Shoulder. Second photo is the "Al Pastor" made with pork belly, and the third Photo is the "Calabazitas" made with Zucchini & Squash. Pico Modern Taqueria is a newcomer to Napa's food truck scene. While their Instagram page uses hipster terms like "heritage","local","sustainable" and they put microgreens on their tacos, they more than exceed expectations (my expectations were low) The Napa outlet mall is hardly a place for delicious food- with the exception of the Brewed cafe- but Pico adds plenty of flavor. They began on Napa's auto row, near Jimmy Vasser Toyota; now, they're a short distance from a car wash. In Napa, the best Mexican places tend to be near auto care spots- and Pico is one of them.Joyful banda music emanated from the food truck- and while the dining area in the midst of an outlet mall parking lot is bleak- with an image of Kim Kardashian on the nearby Calvin Klein- the music&the owner's friendly, chatty manner proved to be attractive. The food truck itself is clean&shiny.I got the Mendocino cod taco&the squash one. Microgreens were lavished on both. The fish taco had a hint of spice, with shredded radish&pickled Napa cabbage. The "Calabazitas", with its zucchini, squash, tomato, corn&cheese was the underrated star. Both tortillas were soft&delicious, along with the savory sauces.
