What inspired you to start your own business?
Share the Brazilian's Experience with others. After working in different Brazilian Churrascarias, training staff, cooking and learning the Brazilian culture, I decided to start my own adventure by opening my own restaurant. I wanted to share my knowledge with other and share the Brazilian concept of offering different cut of beef, pork and chicken at the same time with my diners. Another big reason was that I was looking for more time to serve the Lord.
