I have worked out with trainers and fitness coaches for over twenty years. Some would say that it is an indulgence but I look at it as an investment in me. I have had the opportunity to train with some really talented individuals but feel that currently I am in the best hands ever working with Zech Cesani. He is knowledgable, astute, comprehensive and very goal oriented. I appreciate his overall vision and skill and we work towards realistic outcomes. I love this gym!!! It’s suuuuuper clean and all equipment is brand new! Beautiful and elegant interior, bathrooms are super clean and the changing rooms are very spacious! I love that the vibe is always super happy and energetic! Zeck is awesome, love training with him! Zechariah and his team are amazing. I just turned 49. I have worked hard in my life to reach a high-level of success in business my focus now is getting in the best shape of my life without injuries. Zech and his team are amazing. I have extreme confidence in the training, and I never question what tZech tells me to do understand for me. At this point I want mobility, core strength, and to reach maximum strength and push limits I have never been to physically before . Finding the right gym to meet your needs can be very difficult and time consuming. Well look no farther! The Ave Lux Gym has it all! All of the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to provide the best service, training, nutrition and overall experience! I spend half my time in the Old Port Cove area and the other half in Tampa. My only hope is that they will open another one in the Tampa area too!
