I found Damon through St Pete Boot Camp and decided to give his personal training sessions a try. He's a great instructor that will tweak each workout to your personal needs. His gym is packed with equipment so it's a bit tight, but everyone that works out there kind of keeps a rhythm/rotation going and it all works out. So I've definitely gotten a lot stronger since working with him. Weight is slowly coming off as I build muscle. He pushes you to try your best and the workouts never get boring as he changes them up often. But, if I never have to do another burpee again...just kidding! I love burpees! Ha..ha..ha..Everyone that I've met here has been welcoming and encouraging. We are all there for a common goal and there are no snobs or attitudes here! Which I love because I was very hesitant and nervous my first week lol. So, I've still got a ways to go to reach my fitness goal but I know I'll reach it at Physiques. Thanks, Damon! More...

Alright, so I've been to 4 sessions now. I am one of those who need a kick in the ass and someone yelling at...I mean telling me what to do to motivate me (lol). Location for the boot camp is Northshore Park, which is an awesome llocation. Lots of room and plenty of parking. I've only been to the night workouts so far as my work schedule doesn't allow me to make the AM sessions.Damon is great! Friendly and encouraging. His workouts so far are killer. My legs were screaming at me for the two days after my first session. But I felt great! More awake and energized throughout the day. Wednesday night session  I attended was being led by John, who..booooyyyy, that was crucial. I didn't think I could get through that one but he kept pushing us right til the end. Good workout! The other people in the sessions have been very welcoming for the most part. I've got a ways to go still to get to where I need to be and so far, very happy with St Pete Boot Camp! More...

St. Pete boot camp is worth every penny! Great whole body workout and everyday is different! Love the 6 a.m. class! St. Pete boot camp is for all levels and if you want results this is the place to get them! I am grateful to have St. Pete boot camp that starts at 6 a.m. in the morning! Check it out!
