My son,, daughter and myself joined Physique Factory a month ago and have had amazing results and we're only attending once a week! The handsome young man with the dreads in the videos is my son Lorenzo. He has Cerebral Palsy and Dan and Gwen are the only people that I would trust to train him with 100% confidence in their abilities. My daughter had amazing results today. She reached her goal of lifting her buttocks and eliminated the sag!!! Don't believe me See photos of my beautiful daughter on the website and her new transformation!!! As for myself, I feel a million times stronger overall and my endurance has improved tremendously. Most of all, I no longer have trouble sleeping at night! (At least not the day I train) lol.
