I have celiac disease. And find it very hard to eat out. our waiter was so amazing! He told our chief and the chief came out and spoke with me about all of the menue items. He personally made sure my meal was safe for me. I can not thank you enough for the kind and personal care I received. I just wish I lived closer. The food was wonderful! My husband and I met are close friends for lunch here yesterday. We are all from out of town and St Cloud was the halfway point for us to meet. I know that I loved everything about this charming place. It is decorated beautifully. The hostess/waitress was Rose. This young woman is a treasure and could not have taken better care of our party. The food for lunch was fresh and tasty. An interesting menu. Appetizers and cocktail were amazing. I did not have the beer but the others did and enjoyed their crafted beer made in their brewery. What an amazing experience at this restaurant this evening! Fantastic drinks, if you’ve never had a smoked old fashioned you don’t know what your missing! Food was excellent! Our server, Grace, was spectacular and I can not say enough how wonderful it is to have such an attentive, well informed server with a dazzling personality! Grace has set the bar for all servers and I’ll never be the same consumer. I love what Jim and Jamie have done with this old relic building. It’s beautiful and inviting! I would like to give a shout out to Phyre Brewery & Tavern. Hubby and I had dinner there last night and it was SUPERB!!! I don’t have a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, the cocktails were delicious, the service was simply excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic! Great music by The House Cats. This is now, hands down, my favorite restaurant, period. Not fave St. Cloud restaurant, not fave Florida restaurant, not even fave U.S. restaurant. We had a great experience for the first time at Phyre! We loved the funky interior ( be sure to check out the bathrooms decor! ). Staff was wonderful- Alan the waiter ♡ . Appetizer- Dirty Phries - WONDERR-'PHYRE'-sweet,cheesy,salty. Chicken + Waffles- WONDERFUL. Whiskey Burger- WONDERFUL. Cheesesteak Sandwich- MEH- very salty- didn't finish. The hospitality is above and beyond. The food is incomparable to any other place of similar palate, even towards Nona! The atmosphere is nostalgic to yesteryears not only in decore but service; what you'd expect during the 30's-40's era. I highly recommend this place for a datenight, anniversary or any special occasion. I personally like coming afterwork to smash down a few of their signature cocktails.
