Not a good experience with stylists or management. Had I taken their advice on what to do about a color correction it would have done more damage to my hair. Went to another salon and they did a test strip and found a perfect solution. Not once did they recommend doing a test strip OR recommend treatment for home care to prep my hair. They other salon suggested a great product to bond and strengthen my hair. They set up a plan of action that was best suit for my hair. Phresh’s plan was just to keep my hair unhealthy while processing it. Odd - Phresh insisted I sign a release. The other salon said a release was not needed because they too the steps in testing my hair prior to putting chemicals on my entire head. They knew what happen and knew the results. Phresh, didn’t take those steps and could have done a lot of damage. Research before going forward with your decision on receiving services here. More...
