Fred is the man! I was in a local band trying to get our name out there, and we needed high quality photos. After going through numerous photographers, no one ever came close to the quality, professionalism, and overall great experience then working with Fred. I've never looked as cool until Fred took my picture. He has the natural eye for capturing the perfect pictures. Fred is an awesome photographer! The pictures were so amazing (really like no other wedding photography I have ever seen) that we had a difficult time choosing the photos we wanted done in large prints. We wanted them all! We ended up getting several different 8x10s and 5x7s and getting doubles of every photo in 4x6. The best. We get many compliments on them, and my husband and I love going through the album of 4x6s whenever we get nostalgic about our wedding. Actually, Fred is the second photographer we hired to take our wedding photos, Fred's session was really "wedding" photos. We were living in Virginia at the time, which is where we had our wedding. We hired a Virginia photographer to come to our wedding to take photos and to do all of the special photos with bride and groom, relatives, wedding party, sword arch, etc. We were devastated when we got those photos. Even though our package came with a credit toward ording photos, we didn't order any from that Virginia photographer. There were only a couple that I would call OK. My brother mentioned how unfortunate it was that we weren't living in Las Vegas where we could have had PhotoFM be our wedding photographer. That's when I contacted Fred of PhotoFM and told him that we would be visiting my parents in Las Vegas. Ok so everyone knows that the photographer is like the second most important part of a wedding. And I can say without a doubt that this man was by far the best choice for the job. Not only did he shoot our wedding he also did our engagement  photos. All if the photos came out awesome. Coming from a girl that has modeled since I was 16, I had the hardest time ever finding a picture that needed a touch-up.My favorite photographer I've ever worked with. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Find a great subject, light it correctly, making sure your focal point is where it needs to be, and make sure you have your exposure set correctly. Once all that is in place, composition becomes paramount.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is the mood? What is the goal? What are the reasons for the shot being captured?
What do you love most about your job?
New experiences and subjects to photograph on a regular basis. I am not a fan of monotony.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always maintained a certain level of autonomy from the 9 to 5 life being a graphics designer, web designer, biochemist, and musician. I intend to keep it that way. By having a flexible schedule, I am able to accommodate photo shoots and events 7 days a week if needed.
