Awesome class!!! Doc has extensive knowledge in Crisis and Hostage Negotiations and teaches it in an extremely interesting, informative, fun and entertaining class. The day felt like it flew by! He also held an active shooter drill on a separate day, which really helped the whole hospital learn how to deal with such an event if, God forbid, that happens. So many people stayed after class because it was so interesting and we just wanted more! Doc tended to each and every one of us patiently and with so much knowledge. The best mandatory class I have ever had to attend. Doc was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and fun. Excited to take next years “mandatory” class.
