I reached out to Phoenix Security after receiving some unwanted and unwarranted harassment from customers regarding our policy to require masks inside our bakery. A gentleman named Frederick answered the phone and explained how their security service works since we had never hired a guard before. Frederick was pleasant and informative over the phone and explained that he would be the one providing our guard service on a busy Saturday before Easter. That Saturday he arrived on time and was professionally dressed including a security vest. We hired him for 10 hours to monitor our front door and provide support— if necessary— to our retail team should any customer be upset by our policy. Frederick was friendly to all of our tram and our customers and even welcomed customers in. He never left his post either. I will definitely use Phoenix Security in the future, particularly because their rates seemed reasonable for an unarmed guard. I highly recommend them. More...
