We had six roofing companies look at our very large project. Some of them dropped the ball and some were very nice and conscientious. Still, we chose Phoenix roofing and Solar and Bo Pilkington based on his keen understanding of the condo association situation. He went above and beyond working with our insurance company on our behalf. He fought the good fight, but there was a reason that all the roofs could not be covered. The hours he put in attempting to help us us was above and beyond. He was diligent and conscientious and worked out a great deal for all homeowners, so that they are able to pay for their own roofs. The crews that applied the roofs were courteous and extremely competent and polite. Clean up was amazing and that is something that is very important when considering a roofing company. Mainly, Mr. Pilkington ‘s kindness and compassion, and the outstanding warranty on his workmanship and materials sealed the deal. I look forward to working with him again in the future!
