I have been a member of Phoenix and have been working out there since late last year. It is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment selection is amazing and the floor space is perfect. I utilize the multi-function area and the multi-purpose room on almost a daily basis.The staff has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and answer any questions that I have especially when it comes to questions on proper use of the equipment. I have been working and working out at this gym for almost a year now. Prior to that, I have worked at many different gyms that have catered to many different people, all ages, races, sizes, etc. Things that I have noticed is that, unfortunately with human behavior, even when we are right about something, sometimes we are still rude or inconsiderate of others. And when we are wrong, sometimes people do not want to admit it because it's a hit to the ego. I feel the need to say something because a lot of the negative reviews are unjust and frankly unwarranted. So with that, I will say this: the owners of this facility are people. It is a mom/pop owned gym with people who genuinely care about others who are wanting to better themselves. It's not corporate run, the owners are more than entitled to call people out on their BS especially when it means standing up for themselves and their business, their very livelihood. Just as you're entitled to your side of the story, so are they. I've encountered gym situations that have tried to intentionally screw people out of their money, this facility is not one of them. Read what you sign people, especially if you're concerned about contracts... which you don't even have to sign a contract I believe if you pay a year upfront. But just come in and talk to the owners, the trainers, the group fitness instructors. Don't judge based off of other people's reviews; it could be a misunderstanding that got out of hand or something that gets misconstrued. Or it could be that someone just didn't want to admit that they're wrong. Either way, two sides to every story. But I've not seen the malice that many of the reviews here try to portray in the almost year that I've been there, and I can guarantee if I had, I would not be working there teaching group fitness classes. I joined here a few months ago and I have had such a great experience here. The comments on here about the cleanliness of the gym may have been true at one time, I can't say, but now it is the cleanest gym I have ever belonged to. ..the cleaning person does an amazing job! I have been a member since the beginning of 2018 and so far it's great. The staff there is awesome and they seem to really care about your concerns and go out of their way to help you out if they can. If there is no solution to your issue they give you more options. The equipment is great and I always leave tired. What more can you ask for out of a gym. The only thing I would make a correction to is the hours. I joined because it's the closest gym to my house due to me riding a bike everywhere. I liked everything so much I joined anyway and have just worked around the hours. It would be kind of cool if it was 24 hours and if that's not an option maybe being open a little later or opening a little earlier. If that was a possibility I'd even put in an application to work the later shifts since I'm assuming staffing would have to be arranged. Keep up the great work!!! More...

The sauna hasn’t worked in 4 months and most of the TV’s only play CNN, but nonetheless the equipment is very clean and in great shape, and the staff, specifically Wade, are very helpful and friendly. I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape. More...
