I've dealt with Joe and his company many times, and each time has been a pleasure to deal with. First, Joe and his team built our Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery and even though we picked an opening date 8 months prior, we actually hit it right on! !! It was amazing and if you have ever done a construction project hitting an exact date is damn near impossible. Subsequent interactions and projects have been smaller, but the response and result have been exactly the same - on time every time. Many times when the "big project" is ever, your GC will leave you and move on to the "next big thing". Not Joe, even 5 years down the road, he is still just as responsive as ever!!!!! More...

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1987. We started in the construction industry around 1982 and have been at it ever since...loving everyday . The Lord has Blessed us with this life.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We are always there for the client. If for some reason something is not working as it should, we are prompt to respond and work out the details of getting everything back up and running as it should.
What do you love most about your job?
We love everything about what we do everyday. Never feels like work to us, as we are so involved and committed to the client and their projects. From your first brainstorm to breaking ground, your construction project is always in the right hands.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From the very beginning I knew working for someone else was not for me. I knew that it was going to be a challenge, building a business from the ground up, But always knew I had the drive to finish what I started. And here we are today, over 30 years later still loving this business the same as I did 30 plus years ago.

We take away all the fear and anxiety that stems from building and new home or the start of a remodeling project. We will literally take the customer from the early design consultation phase to the turning of the key in your new front door system of your New Custom Home.

Even though Phillips Construction Company is not a Ceramic Tile Contractor, we hire the most talented tile setters and granite fabricators in the Central Valley.

We can schedule a virtual "first meet" if comfortable with the client, however after this we will obviously be needing to meet in person, so we can further facilitate the commencement of the project.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always provide a safe and secure working relationship and environment for our customers. If at any time the customer feels they may be at risk, in any way, we will put everything on pause until all issues and concerns have been addressed.
