Ordered the Philly steak n cheese with steak fries and Cole slaw.. The steak, was not the chopped up steak um type.. There were small, tender chunks of sirloin, seasoned perfectly. Grilled onions didn't out weigh the portion of steak. Just enough to top it off.. The home made cheese sauce ended up being the star of the sandwich. All in all, a great sandwich.. It came with steak fries cut from fresh potatoes, not the frozen type. Also seasoned to perfection. And a side of home made cole slaw (which I never eat), that I actually devoured.. Fast forward to dessert. Chocolate & Banana parfait.. I also bought a piece of home made cheese cake.. All I'm gonna say is hats off to the secret pastry chef.. Runs in the bloodline.. We just finished the chicken marsala dinner here at our house. The only complaint here was that we ran out of chicken. My family's appetites are usually not that big when I cook them dinner . I've known Phil all my life and can hands down say he's a good man and clearly a awesome chef.
