Booked a trip with Phelps Transportation the night before the trip. I was informed that Phelps transportation cancelled not at 9am “BUT” at 9pm on a Saturday night 😳 the trip was Sunday no sleeping tonite how can I fix this I have 30 kids 10 Adults with all paid tickets to attend event. Sent the owner $700 for and advance payment services were never rendered. Owner at the time of payment said that advance payment was a full refund due to COVID ( have that in writing).
