My experience with Petron Design was one that makes me smile when I think about it. To say that I could not have done it without their commitment to detail, trust and open communication would be an understatement.

Building a second new home and living 2500 miles away was the beginning of what could have been a very stressful situation, however I had the pleasure to work with Mary Petron, and she eased all of my worries and took control of every detail that was needed.

One of things that I appreciated the most was that she saw my vision and my dream; and she made it a reality. Every fabric, every light fixture, every window treatment came to life because Mary listened to want I wanted and worked incredibly hard to select my style, which ultimately created 'my beautiful home."

Mary Petron was an invaluable assist as we transitioned from a "Georgian Colonial" home in the North to this retirement property in Florida.
Her extensive knowledge of design coupled with considerable creativity-was remarkable. Mary proposed new and unique ways to use our existing furnishings and antiques in varied locations through out the house. her contributions were very cost-saving for us!
Further, she secured other highly skilled professionals to work as needed( upholstery craftsmen and mirror/artwork mounting crews etc.). She was a perfect resource for local retailers who were likely to stock certain furnishings/ materials needed to complete "the look" we desired.

When we walked into our new home for the first time with our four children we were all in awe. Mary listened to what we wanted to achieve with each room and did exactly that. HOME RENOVATION
Major upgrade of living space. Livingroom wall was out of balance. Designed and supervised the construction of a new wall to make it appear that the wall was in balance. ( I wish I had a picture of the before and after because it was dramatic.)
Designed and supervised bathroom renovations including adding a bath to a secondary room making a two bedroom home have three bedrooms.
Supervised the renovation of the kitchen.
Also did color outs of the whole house. I still have the furniture from that project and will use most of it in my new home.
NEW HOME CONSTURCTION
Helped design living space in planning stage.
Supervised the placement of lighting and electric.
Designing and will have consructed built-ins through out the house.
Advise on design, color and placement of furniture.

It is hard to detail all that Mary does for me. She has great design insight, color and balance assessment. She is easy to work with and is always open to working with my ideas.
