Petite Pooch Chateau

My dog gets so excited when we come here, she has a blast! She loves playing with the other dogs and she really loves all of the petting and spoiling that the staff gives her. We've been coming here for years.

We have been taking our dogs to Petite Pouch for years and they always come back happy. We have a diabetic dog that is also partially blind, and they do a wonderful job taking care of her. We are really thankful to have a place we trust to leave our babies. More...

I've never left my Now 7 year old, 12 lb Jack Russell ANYWHERE overnight so to leave her somewhere for more than. 2/3 days was traumatic for me lol ~ I've been using this awesome establishment consistently since August of 2016, Madison (my 4 legged family member) will never go anywhere else as long as I'm in the State of Texas.  Heart Heart HEART this place ... and I'm a pretty funny acting; picky human being More...

Beyond grateful for the incredible establishment! After my mother in law passed away suddenly, Petite Pooch was so generous with the care of her two dogs! I love this place, and so does many dogs, and there owners. PPC is a very Awesome place to take your four legged kids to daycare, or to stay in the hotel. Or to be groomed. The Farmers Branch staff is awesome, and kind to everyone even the humans. I do trust that they take care of my baby there. Me and my family love you guys. Keep up the awesome work!!!! More...

I have been bringing my dog here since he was 7 weeks old and he absolutely loves it there. Basically he runs me over to get out of the car in the morning because he is so excited to be there!

Overall: I highly recommend this place. Pros:Daycare is great- indoor/outdoor playPrice is on parNina (the groomer) is Amazing! This location is for dogs 30lbs or less. Staff is very social and friendlyThey have Belly rewards!DAYCAREI have a Cocker Spaniel named Sebastian. Prior to me adopting him, he hadn't been around many dogs just humans :) I wanted him to be able to socialize and play with other dogs as an outlet since we do live in an apartment. The daycare is great here and a great price. Sebastian was very shy at first and we had to drag him in with the other dogs but after about 3 visits he always has a blast. He likes that it is indoor and outdoor play. When the weather is cooler they leave the side door open which opens into a gated side yard play area. The dogs are able to run in and out as the please which is great since we do not have a yard for him to run in freely. Daycare is only $2.50 per hr/  M-F730 to 7pm and Sat 8am-5pm- can't beat that! Also, if you get your dog groomed there, daycare is free for that day so they get to run/play until its bath time. GROOMINGNina is AMAZING! I dropped Sebastian off before work and Nina (the groomer) was not there yet. She called me when she got in to discuss Sebastian's haircut and was very helpful in explaining different options. Needless to say he looked so handsome! She cut his hair perfectly and he was a happy camper! I highly recommend this location for grooming. More...

I have been taking my fuzz kid here for years for everything from daycare to grooming to boarding.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  They are always very accommodating to my random drop-offs (like when my apartment complex decides to do last minute fire sprinkler inspections on days that I can't work from home).   The facility is immaculate, indoors and out.  And the staff is very sweet and friendly.  I am very pleased with the grooming; they do a terrific job there. Most importantly, the dog absolutely loves going there.  The moment he knows that we are headed to the car, he breaks out in the most hilarious expression of pure canine joy that you have ever seen!  Sometimes, it is hard to get him to leave when I pick him up.  He is a scamp, tearing into fuzzy toys and jumping gates.  But, they shower him with affection and treats anyway.  I love knowing that there is a place where I can leave him for a play or a stay, where he is safe, loved, and very well cared for. My black lab Rose loves coming here. The staff is always very friendly and takes wonderful care of her. I have left her for extended trips and never worry about her because I know she is in great hands.

My boxer has always been a better judge of character than me and he looooves each staff member and coming here whenever the need arises.   Peety is very skiddish around strangers and after his first stay here he scrambles to get out of the car when we drive up. My experience with the staff started before Thanksgiving. I was new to Dallas and needed to find somewhere safe to leave my baby on short notice for the holiday. I called a few places and mostly got the condescending "you can't expect us to have availability so close to a holiday".  But when I called Petite Pooch they said just the opposite (Peety felt like the Virgin Mary,,,finally a place with room at the inn).  Not only did they have room but they didn't over inflate their boarding price since it was a holiday (something every other place was doing).I lucked out finding these wonderful folks.  I travel a lot and have left Peety there up to a full week at a time.  And in between stays i use their doggie day care (which is very reasonably priced--and you can buy prepaid doffie daycare hours at up to 30% off) whether hes sleeping over or visiting his friends for the day he always comes back so happy and tired from all the fun he's had.If you want a place where the staff really cares about your pet, is super clean, feeds ur pooch (included in the boarding cost) and has an outdoor and indoor area where they can play all day, look no further.  They have earned their five stars and then some. Love this place!!  More importantly... our little dog loves this place!!  We've been taking him here for 3 years and to this day, he still gets super excited when we tell him it's time to go again.  If you want your baby to be treated like royalty take them to Petite Pooch!!  Nina and the rest of the staff will spend their entire day pampering and loving on your baby.  Our little BoBo comes home so exhausted that he can barely hold his eyes open during the car ride home.  That tells me he had a great day playing with his little friends and getting expertly groomed.Once, we had a coupon to try another place downtown... well all I can say is that the coupon was for 3 visits and we only used one.  We threw the rest in the trash.Petite Pooch just opened a brand new store in Addison, a little closer to where we work, and as much as I'd like to try it, I can't bear the thought of moving him.  He absolutely LOVES the one he goes to now in Farmers Branch.I wish they had cameras so we could check in on him during the day, but aside from that, we give Petite Pooch 5 stars!! I have been taking my pug, Bella, to Petite Pooch since she was 5 months old. "Woof-woof", as we call it, has become her second home. Sometimes I think she prefers being there than with me at home! They provide the best care and the facilities are just like home. Bella loves having the freedom of going from the inside to the patio to the grassy areas. She had to spend some time at a different facility that only had artificial turf and she was not happy. I would recommend both the daycare and the boarding facilities. I am sure Bella would agree with me, especially since we have almost no backyard and she has plenty of space to play with all of her friends. More...

If you are in or around Dallas, Texas and have doggies and need a place for them to stay and/or groomed, Petite Pooch Chateau is the place for your little one.  The place is awesome if you need to shop, play a game,six flags or anything else and want a place you can trust, this is the one.  They allow your babies to mingle around and go in and out.  If they misbehave, they will put them in time out and allowed for re-introduction to the group of babies.  I must warn you, you may not want to leave with all the doggies, you will want spend the whole day playing with all of the pups.  Traveling from Louisiana, I feel comfortable leaving my little ones to play.  At the end of day, the babies sleep well with all of the daily activity they go through.  You will love this place.  By the way, the grooming is excellent.  I really do not want any other place cutting or triming the hair of my babies.  Check this place out, you will not regret it.Kevin from Louisiana More...

This place is fantastic. We have 3 little poodles and we wouldn't take them anywhere else.It always looks and smells sparkling clean. We have used them for boarding and day care (not grooming). It is really a blast to go there, because you walk in and 10 little dogs are playing in the reception area. It is incredibly cute. I want to stay for day care myself!They have very low (no?) staff turnover, so morale must be great.I know it sounds new-agey, but I don't know how else to say it -- the place just oozes positive energy. I've already written a review on Petite Pooch Chateau, but Carmen's review prompted me to say KUDOS !  YES, this is a great place, they love their "clients", and all the pups who visit there just love it. "Fuzz B. - adorable fuzzy cocker spaniel" just loves going for play day.  She comes home exhausted from socializing in the open area with all the other pups.
