What’s your signature dish?
All my dishes are signature dishes :). My Tri-Tip for the meat dishes and Southern Style Green Beans for vegetables are my signatures dishes. You have caterers who cook a lot of different dishes and they are OK but not great. They should cook their favorite foods and the most popular dishes on their menues and make them where they taste great. So everything that is made by that caterer taste great. Everything taste great and that's why I have a 5 TAR rating on a website called Thumbtack. I am new to BARK and have no reviews YET but they will come soon. You can look me up on "Thumbtack.com" and read some great reviews my customers have given me that I am very, very proud of.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By letting the customer choose what they want and from that making it better than they expected it to be.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting my customers and their families, traveling to parts unknown to see things that I never knew was there.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed the kitchen and now that I have time, I would like to see others enjoy my food too.

No. All services are in person and not on line. The only thing you may see on line is a picture of what was made.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At this point I cater buffet style only and require my crew to be tasted and ware a mask and gloves.
Food Service
All events include 2 main dishes and 4 sides (very full plate). You can also order more main or side dishes to accommodate your needs. All foods are cooked fresh with nothing frozen. Serving/warming dishes and serving utensils are included with full service.
Drinks and eating utensils
These items are at an extra cost.
I carry no China.
Drinks include - water, lemonade and coffee
Eating Utensils - Plates ,spoones, forks and cups (disposables)
Appetizers
I work alone so I try to keep things simple. They include, Cheese & Cracker Trays, Cold Cuts Trays (add $0.50 pp), Chips & Homemade Salse, Cookies, Fruit Trays ( seasonal), Veggie Trays. All foods are fresh.
