I’ve never brought my dog in for a groom/bath, and never will. I’ve worked there for only two days. On my first day there, before I left I asked the owner (Nelly) When will be my next day to work be? She said that for right now, I will be texting you when we need you. Which was BS, because I have a full time job that I changed my Availability. To work there til one Monday through Friday and then go to PetBar and work 2pm to 6pm, when I could have just kept my normal hours at my current job which was til 3:30pm. But no, I had to get off at 1pm to hopefully work at PetBar. Which I was losing hours at my current job and not gaining any hours anywhere else. She doesn’t even give the time or effort to train someone new. Yes I have experience bathing/ear cleaning/ and nail trimming. But she kept asking me if I can do nails, I told her multiple times yes I can do nails. But it’s like it went through one ear and out the other, because I’ve got asked it another time. I have a learning disability, that I learn stuff at a slower pace then others. But did she care? No she didn’t. I know all places are different and they do different things. But she didn’t tell me what all I needed to do differently. Instead she just fired me for stupid reasons. More...

Completely love this place. Took both of my standard poodles, they were matted in various spots. Both came out amazing. The staff there is very attentive of your needs as a customer, they provide feedback and don’t let you go until both the groomer and the customer are on the same page, they also use this time to get comfortable with the dogs with a lot of petting and stimulation. The facility is extremely clean and new. The kennel area is bright, open and large. You can see the groomer working on the pets from the front. The cost is very affordable. Piper’s ears were a bit matted when we took her and her brother (both standard poodles between 34/40 pounds) in to get groomed, so we opted for a low cut and PetBar - Katy delivered! She smelled amazing, & the mats were gone. One thing I loved is that they don’t put your pet in a kennel, they have a space to roam by themselves - we opted to have our two kept together and they still had plenty of space! We will definitely be coming back!
They offer a military discount among others which was a pleasant surprise, and they have a monthly bathing membership that is well worth the money! Not the best photo but we don’t like our picture being taken 😂 More...

Super friendly, fast and convenient! She smells so fresh and is fluffy! She stuck her head out the window on way home and messed up her "do" a little bit. Lol. Just did bath, dry and brush this time but will definitely bring her in for full grooming! More...
