I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have found such a reputable company to do my pest control services. We have had a history of waterbugs in my building given that it is an old prewar building. Edwin came on the same day I called and treated this situation. Not only did he do this he also covered ALL of the holes that those waterbugs came from! Since this (one year later) I have been waterbug free. Thank you Pest2Kill for solving my bedbug situation! About a month ago I encountered bedbugs in my bedroom. With two dogs and carpeting I was worried I needed to throw all of my furniture and carpeting. Their name truly says it all. Two technicians came in and thoroughly inspected my apartment. One of them seemed to be the supervisor and he put me at ease after consulting with me. He gave me a preparation checklist and the very next day he treated my home. 14 days later he came again and treated for a second time -- can you believe they came 2 times When I asked what the second visit was for he ( I believe his name is Edwin) mentioned that part of the bedbug package includes 2 visits this way they can come and inspect and treat again (if necessary). Owner/Operator Edwin Rivera is a very knowledgeable exterminator and is able to educate the customer about intricate details regarding the bedbug lifecycle and their habits so you can best attack any stage of infestation. Edwin Rivera's exterminating is informed by not only by an intimate knowledge of the bedbug, but also ten years of experience as a licensed PCO in the New York City area. He is punctual, thorough, honest, trustworthy, and most importantly accessible. He spent at least a half an hour on phone calls with both me and my mother to prepare us for a bedbug treatment in her one-family home. He is also very personable and made himself available for consultation and always promptly returned phone calls and never made me feel as though I was pestering or bugging him (ya see what I did there?) with too many questions or phone calls. When dealing with something as traumatic as a bedbug problem, feeling comfortable with and trusting your selected PCO is very important. His rates are very reasonable considering the exploitative climate in NYC due to the current bedbug epidemic. However, you do not trade off quality of service for a lower price because Pest2Kill uses the most effective treatment chemicals on the market and also rotates them in order to address the potentially development of immunity which would render the treatment ineffective. I am very impressed with Mr. Rivera's service and also relieved to have such a competent expert on my side in the battle against these parasites. During the two weeks after the initial treatment we did not have a single bite or bedbug sign ... until the night before he was scheduled to come to give the second treatment, when we found the first new blood trail on the pillow. This is evidence that Edwin timed the follow up treatment precisely correctly. I am confident that this extermination will stick; but if it doesn't, I can rely on Pest2Kill's guarantee: as long as you prepare the room(s) according to their specific instructions, if the treatment is not 100% effective he will come back and re-treat the room. Moreover, I know that Edwin will stand by his guarantee and provide further treatments if they are, God forbid, necessary.If you have a bedbug emergency and a limited budget call Pest2Kill; you will get the maximum bang for your extermination buck without sacrificing quality or service.
