What do you love most about your job?
Waking up in the morning and facing new challenges. That is what we love. The challenge can range from helping a company position itself for a sale to working with business leaders to become more fulfilled in their job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Politics, politics, politics. There comes a point in your career when you realize doing the same thing over and over is never going to produce a different result. When you have that realization you want to make a change. In my case, I started a company that did consulting and coaching so that I could work with people who wanted to produce different results.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have been there and done that. Our founder sold his first company when he was 26. He sold his last company in 2015. Between that time, he has been in a leadership role for some of the largest and smallest companies in the world. Now he wants to take all of his 30+ years of experience and make it available for others.

We are located in Fort Worth Texas and are happy to meet with clients face to face. Sometimes this does not work due to timing, cost, etc. For that reason, we meet with clients the way they want to meet. In most cases this means we meet via zoom or teams.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Besides requiring our team members to be vaccinated, we allow our clients the option to meet in person or via zoom.
