What do you love most about your job?
Each person has the ability to reach their highest potential. I am proud to be part of that process. Giving clarity to my clients is a passion of mine.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out running personal growth workshops, which turned into going to coaching school to get certified. I found a perfect fit and it felt wonderful. I chose career transitions, because 90 % of my friends and people I knew in the working world disliked their jobs. They were incredible people. Creative, dedicated, and pro-active thinkers. Everything an employer would want. Instead, they felt like just a number, never any advancement and their heart really wanted to do other things. I wanted to help them take charge of their lives and move into careers that really brought them joy. I have been really blessed to be able to achieve that goal.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not your average resume service. You must be 100% ready to be coached and be a part of the process. I ask in-depth questions to bring out your fears, strengths and concerns about yourself. Then a strong summary can be form, which supports the interviewing process. Many people do not hire me for that service. They just want coaching on finding out who they are. That is where I shine, and so will you.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
You must be comfortable at all times. If my clients want coaching over the phone, that is just fine. If we meet in person, and they want me to wear a mask, I do. I have had many coaching sessions outside, when the weather is warmer.

How to network yourself to attract action, tips on how to get that interview, and a clear understanding of the tracking systems companies use to screen your application. Years of experience in transferring military experience to form an outstanding civilian resume. Explaining the changes of cultures, structure and stresses.
I run an employment support group which covers all of the above, plus what HR is looking for in a candidate, how to handle not hearing back from an employer to PTSD and trauma, and how it effects your ability to gain clarity on your personal and professional life.
